Great quality of parts and I found them very competitive with cost.
1 star dropped due to the week delay in ordering the part and it being posted, if its going to be 4-5 working days before you dispatch my order, don't offer 24h tracked postage as it causes confusion. That aside I am very happy with the quality, price and will use them again.
Their Lifetime Warranty is an utter lie. After 18 months the seal went on the AC compressor. 5 emails sent and contact via Ebay. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!
I have to pay £90 to get a new seal fitted. Don't bother with these fraudsters.
Purchased 2 Christmas lights from their shop on Amazon. When they arrived they looked great, however, upon upon installing the lights it was clear one was completely the wrong colour (did not match the other 4 lights). I sent photos to ARKS Global to show this and asked for a replacement. I was told they had no more in stock and I would need to request a refund. Even though they still had the same light for sale on their Amazon shop.. I requested a refund for a faulty to which they told me I had to pay £2.73 to use their courier service to return my *faulty* item. I said I was prepared to pay it and that I would expect a full refund.. they fully ignored this message and still haven’t responded. When I eventually got my refund they actually deducted over £3, rather than the £2.73 they first stated!! In the end I managed to get the money back from Amazon, but ARKS Global are an absolute fraud company and I implore you to stay away from them at any opportunity.

I am sorry to hear of your poor experience with us. Having reviewed this issue with our customer service and warehouse team, while your photos provided did show the light appearing to be a different colour, on testing the item that was returned to us, we could not find any fault and it was exactly as described.
As far as I am aware, return labels are provided by Amazon and billed to the seller, not the buyer, and it is up to our discretion as to whether the return postage cost is deducted from the refund or not.
It was correct that we did not have any more stock available to replace this for you, however there were other sellers offering the same item for sale on Amazon, but we weren't.
Occasionally things will go wrong and buyers will have bad experiences, and we will always do what we can to put things right. While I respect your right to leave this review, I hope others will see the numerous good ratings we have received on eBay and elsewhere to understand we are in no way a 'fraud company'.
