Received item reasonably quickly. Realised upon construction that the item had several missing parts and was of seconds quality. Contacted supplier via email. Came to a fair agreement for both sides. All in all 4 stars.

Very good value for the money!
The picture featuring the maxi dress differed from the dress I received!
The central feature pattern panel had been moved to the side on my model,
so I did not receive the dress I had chosen.
However I liked it well enough for its colour and value for money!

Superbly comfortable chair
I bought this as my office chair! Huge plus points for it being pink, so much fun! But this is this most comfortable seat I have ever had, its supports were you need support and I have lost mamy of the aches and pains from other chairs used. As a gaming chair I assume itsequally as good/better!!

Item not as described
Received item,namely water feature, that was nothing like the item in the description or pictures. False advertising and grossly overpriced for item I eventually received. False representation of item location as was supposed to be uk but came from China. Item was supposed to have moving parts, solar operated and flowing water and neither featured in tiny hand sized piece I received, only good use was as an ashtray eventually.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Goods were extremely poor quality supposed to Be linen and cotton but label states cotton. The material was so thin and see through colour was black and navy. Trying to get a return and refund took many emails. The company it appears is in China even though the details on the web show U.K.

Whilst the product that was sent was more or less what we expected it was the delivery of that was poor. We ordered the toys in good time for our grandsons birthday but the arrived 3 days late.
