ARM Building Supplies Reviews

Good product, easy ordering, delivery was as advised, easy assembly, looks good and works well.

I ordered some roof panels for a car port I was building, delivery was problematic because my road is narrow and the manufacturer of said roof panels sent an artic. My fault as I didn't make it clear when ordering. Rob provided fab customer service and solved the problem by arranging for the goods to be delivered across two loads using a courier, liaising with the manufacturer. Highly recommended online retailer.

Quick delivery at good price . Exactly what I needed for home project

The help on the telephone with my requirements was excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Pricing very competitive too.

I cannot praise ARM building supplies enough. Not only were the roofing sheet and associated hardware 40% cheaper than Screwfix, but the communication throughout my purchase was outstanding. I spoke to Alex prior to my purchase as the order was to be quite substantial and I was cautious about my first order with a company I had not used before. I needn’t have worried, 24 hours after the order was placed, I received an email telling me my delivery date, and true to form my order was delivered by a charming driver, who had no worries about the off load during the pouring rain.

If there was 10 stars available then ARM would be getting them.

Keep up the great work,

Speed of response to order and on to really good delivery time . Product perfect for my needs .

Purchased coping from this company. On arrival there was a shortfall in the number and some were the wrong colour. Having been in business myself know these things happen getting it corrected can be the issue.
Contacted ARM and they immediately addressed the issue with their supplier and the ordered was corrected quickly and satisfactorily. No hassle just got it sorted.
Also would like to compliment them on their courier company who delivered on time and were very obliging.
Certainly deal with them again.

Products were great and delivered quickly. Most of all the delivery driver was exceptional and went out of his way to form a new plan when he realised the day before he wouldn't get down the lane, thank you all.

Order was easy to do on line.Prices beat any Local companies.Arrived as stated well packaged and was all good on opening.
Good value good product PVC corrigated roofing.
My error had to order some extra sheets and they came proply too.
Some of extras I ordered and paid for not needed but thats was my decision to buy but not use...First time roofing.
Only thing I would recommend is to purchase more roofing screws/ caps as not as many sent as you will need...I used some from another time to make up short fall...not there problem just me not ordering enough but they are SMALL packs amounts !!
