Service was excellent but they damaged our American fridge freezer we filled in a claim form and they reimbursed us 40,00 disgusting very rude about it

Our whole moving experience was stress free, Darin and his team were very professional throughout the day. Every item (full pack up) came in perfect condition. Must add the whole service was completed in 1 working day. 3 bedroom house & Garage.

We had a great experience with Armishaws and the team of Dan, Dan, Toby (and sorry can't remember the fourth member of the team) did a fantastic job over the two (very hot!) days of packing up my Mum's house and moving everything into storage. Paul and Martin supported my move from the south west to the north west. They were very effective and managed to pack everything without me being present, fragile items included. Paul and Martin arrived promptly with great communication. The proceeded to pack our house with care and at pace, delivering to our new address ahead of schedule. Again, with great communication, this enabled a swift unload with all goods delivered in their original state. Great humour throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

I moved from a 2nd floor flat in Crowthorne down to Dorset on one of the hottest days this year.
Alec, Andrew and Craig were amazing. My lounge units were extremely heavy and they manouvred them down narrow stairs and landings. Nothing was damaged or broken in the entire removal.
I was so impressed by their friendliness, politeness and professionalism.

We had a move across several counties and from the start Armishaws were very helpful. Ruth kept in touch with us despite our long waiting period as two house chains collapsed. When we finally moved, the removal team of Dan M, Kyle and Toby were fantastic. They made moving our entire home and garden contents feel very stress free. They looked after all our goods with great care, including our piano. They were friendly and kind to our children and dog, which meant a lot to us. They all worked extremely hard, especially Dan M and Kyle who worked on all 3 days of our move. We were very impressed with their work ethic, their helpful and friendly attitude, and their professionalism. Thank you very much to you, we feel very fortunate to have you moving us. We were very happy with our removal crew, Darin and Ryan, they did an amazing job - fitting things through tight spaces, up and down stairs - nothing was too much trouble. What a fantastic company to do my house move , the crew couldn’t have been more helpful, they worked as team to get the job done quickly and efficiently, everything was carefully packed and loaded.
At the other end, the team worked hard in unloading everything and placed exactly where I requested, even going up three flights of stairs with large, heavy furniture.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a house move , what could of been a very stressful day , turned into a easy smooth move.

The team at Armishaws led by Dan, Dan and Alex moved my parents and they were amazing. Couldn't do too much for us and got us moved ahead of schedule.

ARMISHAWS removal service is excellent. They have a team of competent, caring and dedicated personnel from the visit at the property for a cost estimate to the very moving day. Particularly there were 3 people that made our moving day stress free, and they’re Alec, Mike and Kaden. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ARMISHAWS removal for your removal.

Big shout out and thank you to Wayne & Kaden who did an excellent job on pack up and delivery and made our move go smoothly. They were very helpful, good humoured and courteous. We rate them as 5 stars. Also thanks to the other guys who joined them in delivery. Slightly less impressed with the communication from office team having asked what time the guys would be starting (they advised 10.00) to find our door bell being rang at 08.00! Also disappointed to receive an email a day or so before the move seeking a further fuel surcharge cost having recently accepted a revalidated and increased quote. A nominal sum but it's not about the money more the principle.

The team that loaded the van (Dan & Kyle) were very customer focussed and did a very professional job. The unloading team (Dan, Kyle & Alex) did an equally professional job and nothing was too difficult for them. They were always polite, courteous and had a smile on their faces. We would definitely recommend Armishaws as the service was always professional.
