Purchased a puffer jacket in August 2025. Dimensions absolutely did not match the sizing descriptions. Tried returning for a refund, which involved paying $40 for shipping to China, only to to have it sit in customs for 8 months & returned to me!
No refund, just out of pocket and extra $40 with an item of clothing I can't use.
Absolutely avoid purchasing from this site.

Bought a men’s jacket supposedly size medium when it arrived it was so small it would be lucky if it fitted a 12 year old. Request a refund and reply send it back to Holland at my cost (half the cost of the jacket) or except a 25% refund. I didn’t except either and sent numerous emails and ended being blocked and no refund at all.

I wish I read the reviews from here before buying from this scamming company!
I bought a $70 pair of shoes from their website. They arrived and were poor quality and nothing like advertised. Requested a refund and paid $42 to have them shipped to an address in China, only to have them returned to me. What was even more frustrating was that they kept emailing me over a period of weeks (when I followed up) to say they would 'escalate' it and 'look into it'... but it was just lies.
A complete waste of time and money. Avoid!

Refunds non existent even after sent back to company after paying $60 to get it back to China.
We have lost over $350 with this company. They blocked my email addresses so I could not have any contact with them. I will take this to consumer affairs.

This company is not based in Melbourne. The actual product is nothing like described on the website. Furthermore refund policy is the worst. I returned the products to Netherland with address provided and costed me $60. After a month or so, the product was returned back to me/return to sender presumably wrong address or doesn’t exist. Not only I can’t get a refund, I am also out of pocket for expensive postage overseas. Avoid, avoid, avoid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company is shit. Their customer service is non existent. Once you subscribe you can’t unsubscribe. They continually ignore respectful requests to have your email removed from their database. The items displayed are not real. Quality is shit. Refunds never appear. Sizing is rubbish. This is clearly a bullshit scam business. They should be shut down.

Do not buy from this business.
Supposed to be in Melbourne but if the item does not fit you have to send it to China at your cost. The clothing I ordered was approximately 3 sizes too small.
I had the option of sending it back at my cost or receiving a 15% refund

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.
I purchased a fleece jacket for $60, expecting decent quality. Unfortunately, the item felt incredibly cheap — very similar to one I later found listed on Temu for only $17. To make matters worse, I tried it on briefly and the zipper broke immediately. This was meant to be a gift for my son, which made the disappointment even harder to swallow.
The jumper I ordered was also of poor quality and bore little resemblance to the images shown online. These products do not reflect their advertised value, and I regret not checking Trustpilot beforehand.
In hindsight, I’ve learned the importance of researching unfamiliar websites before placing an order. With the increasing number of questionable online retailers, being cautious is more important than ever.
Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.

They would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This site is Chinese based and a complete scam. There is no connection to Melbourne - Avoid +++++. The product was poorly made and at least 2 sizes too small. PayPal were excellent and refunded my money when I notified them of this scam.

One word Disgraceful!

After weeks of back and forward with lucas now he saying my return items nver got there but he can see where they went so no refund wow who would have thought Lucas the name im dealing with wouldn't be honest

This company does not even rate 1 star! My entire experience with this automated company NOT based in Melbourne & basically uncontactable is disgraceful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

I should have thought to check Trust Pilot before dealing with Armoire Melbourne who as other reviewers have said is obviously NOT in Melbourne at all. Like so many other reviewers have stated, delivery, was extremely slow and haphazard. Both garments were WAY undersize and also had bad quality issues. Although responses to my complaint were reasonably fast they looked as though they were probably AI generated. They refused my very legitimate claim for a refund saying everything is quality checked at their warehouse and they don't make mistakes!! Don't even consider dealing with this VERY dishonest and schonky outfit.

They mistyped my address on the parcel.

I sent them a screenshot that showed:
1) The screenshot of the address I gave them on my order confirmation.
2) A screenshot of the POD that had the wrong address they had put on it.

They refused to assist, said that "they're responsibility regarding delivery is complete" and that we need to discuss with Australia Post.

I CAN'T discuss it with Australia Post, because it's not addressed to me!

Items are shipped from overseas yet the business portrays itself as Melbourne based. Sizing was completely wrong. Ordered XL coat, when it turned up it was so small it was tight on my wife. I'm 183cms and she is 150cms. Attempted to refund the item and was offered 20% partial refund or I could send it back to Amsterdam at my own cost for a full refund. Shady business practices.

Bought 2 wool blends turtle neck sweaters $55 each and received 2 disgusting polyester sweaters, they are poor quality, look cheap and not even $15 each. They are not based in MELBOURNE, they are in OVERSEAS and the items sent from CHINA.
AVOID THIS ONLINE STORE, THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. THEY ARE "ARMOIRE CHINA"

Took 3 weeks to arrive and not as per photo, cheaper quality, very bad experience.
