2 Of my boxes ended up missing some where between BC Canada and North East UK. I have been dealing with Armstrong on this matter for the past 2 months and now my claim has been declined as they say I cant prove the boxes are missing as their delivery guy marked all as delivered! Hw can they prove beyond a lie that they did deliver? All they did was dump the boxes in a small room and leave. Did not unpack or remove packing material and blankets as promised. They marked off on the sheet which boxes were delivered. I think they were 2 boxes short and did not say anything.
Would not recommend these people to any one.

i dont even know where to begin on how bad of a company this is and how royally they screwed my family over. i dont even know where to start! well lets start at the begining. we called them in january to schedule a move across country on March 30th. They quoted us 9k. We felt that was fair and agreed. so far so good. we called them several times in between to make sure we were still on schedule for march 30th and they assured us that we were. March 30th NO SHOW. march 31st NO SHOW. They end up sending another company to move us because one of there trucks broke down. This new company starts demanding an extra 10k on the bill. NO WAY! we tell them to leave and they refuse to move the furniture back off the truck. meanwhile Armstrong relocation services refuses to answer the phone or respond. They finally decide to show up 5 days LATE which delays the sale of our home!! we were depending on that money to move and live off for 2 months. they dont even apologize. instead they throw in our face that they had to spend 1400$ fixing there broken truck like its our fault! not my fault you use cheap ass trucks for your company. It has been one problem after another and they just gave our stuff without our knowledge to another company and its been over a month and all our wordly belongings are still not here. RUN FAR RUN FAST FROM ARMSTRONG RELOCATION SERVICES!!!!
