All received with other garments shipped free as an apology for the time it took. I am many don't read the small print which says somewhere. They print from order and don't ship from stock. They really should tighten their operation so many feel they are being scammed and they are not. Good quality too.

Items posted on 8th Dec never arrived, emails never answered. Thought I was dealing with a reputable company with some genuinely good goals, seems actually I've just been ripped off

This is 100% a scam. First of all it says no where until you order that it takes up to 8-12 days to fill the order BEFORE even shipping. They continue to promote their products even tho once you order it states they are very behind on shipping and to expect 2-3 days for them to even respond for an enquiry! List this info BEFORE people purchase on Dec 3rd expecting to recieve atleast by Christmas. Poke around online, everyone and their mom has been scammed by these folks.

Arm The Animals claims to be a "charitable clothing company" - but in reality they just take your money instantly -- then basically drop off the face of the earth. Apparently some people do eventually get what they paid for - with EVENTUALLY being the main point. The company claims to ship in "8 to 10 business days (not counting weekends)" but that is simply a complete lie. It is impossible to contact anyone at Arm The Animals once you have placed an order. The company has no published phone number. They completely ignore any messages sent via the "contact us" link on their website. Occasionally someone responds to public comments on their Facebook page, but even then the contact is minimal and more lies. I eventually did get someone to respond to my public complaint. He (or she - no name was ever given) pretended they would check on my orders if I gave them the order numbers. I provided the order numbers but instead of any order status, the only response was a repeat of the lie that they ship in "8 to 10 business days (not counting weekends" -- when I pointed out that one of my two orders was already longer than that time, and the other order was right at that time there was no further answer. They just dropped off the face of the earth again.

Worst company to order from 55 days for a shirt that got lost and customer service basically told me order is stuck when I asked them what to do they told me to find it myself and basically told me to buzz off , worst customer service ever I would give them -5 stars if I could

The item arrived as advertised, it's lovely.
My only fault is delivery and processing time, I ordered start of November and only just recieved it today.

Iv been buying from this company for a while now. Iv gotten lots of compliments from people over shirts and stickers I have. And when I mention the cause behind the items, they always ask where I got them. Ill definitely be buying more. Shipping is a little on the slow side, but totally worth the wait.

Appalling lack of customer service, waited weeks and weeks for my order and when it came one t-shirt wasn't even printed. Emails and Facebook messages were simply ignored and finally I only got a response when I initiated a PayPal chargeback.
Avoid this company like the plague!!

So far I’m not pleased. Took a real long time to receive my two sweatshirts. Ordered a XL and they were huge!! Reached out to customer care 5 emails no response!!!! I just sent back today to exchange hopefully something comes back. As I read these reviews I’m really let down

Absolutely terrible company. Took a literal MONTH to ship my order, over a week just to answer a customer service email and I should have received the package 3 days ago and it's still not here.

I ordered shirts as a gift. It took over 3 weeks to get and no response from customer service emails. I opened the package and everything was wrong 2 shirts wrong size and 1 wasn’t what I ordered. I’m so disappointed and won’t be able to send out of state in time. This is my first order and I’m so not happy

I bought 3 XL t-shirts from Arm The Animals as I like the cause they defend and their designs are pretty cool. First, they took ages to ship my order and when I finally received it, two of the t-shirts fit perfectly, strangely the third one was way much larger than the two others. Although it was tagged as XL, it was clearly XXL if not XXXL as I could simply wear it as a pyjama. I contacted ATA and asked if I could return it and swap it for the exact same t-shirt but the size below (aka Large) and their only reply was:
"Unfortunately Bart I am unable to exchange for this item is final sale."

So, I'm stuck with an "XL t-shirt" that clearly is way larger that I won't be able to wear and they couldn't care less.

I guess my first order will also be the last one! They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction from the moment they took your money! I'll defo buy somewhere else, there are many similar causes around with way better customer service.

Ive ordered from them 3 times. They're non-profit, so it feels good to support a good cause.
The hoods and tees are high quality. The designs are hilarious. Washed multiple times, still look crisp.
I also bought the shower curtain of the kitten throwing a grenade. It's perfect. No pun intended. It's not plastic or cheap feeling. It's probably the nicest shower curtain I have owned.
The halloween stickers are awesome. Some of the best gift ideas for animal lovers are in their inventory.
I had one problem with shipping when something was a few weeks late, but it was during covid lockdown 1.0. It was not a big deal. I'm sure I will order from them again.

Love this company! I've bought a few of their tanks and tees and have no complaints. They have great prices on their clothes and wonderful messages. I especially love their pitbull items.

They told me that my order will arrive in 8 to 10 days not including weekends or holidays but it’s been weeks and I’m still waiting on my order to come. Customer service never gets back to me but they continuously email me every single day trying to get me to order more stuff.

I have ordered many shirts from them and it takes a long time to get them but we have been very pleased with all of our orders. Be prepared to wait a month.

I wish I was a small but I ordered Xl...not small. Very disappointed. Plus the order and invoice emails sent to me are blank?

Armtheanimals is an awesome brand that has an advocacy that I support. It’s awesome that they have cute stuff that promotes animal rights and their cause is something we, animal lovers, personally support and adhere. Awesome stuff, armtheanimals!
