I ordered T-shirt which was awful, with the text in one corner and it was not even straight
Then another shirt wig long sleeves with bts text and logo that should have been silvergrey, text was white on white shirt and it was missing label
Got nevet respons by mail

If i could leave a lower score, i would. This is THE WORST SITE. Two orders, never received. No response, no attempt at resolution. No way to attempt a refund. I have INNUNDATED every site i see them on with warnings. They are scammers, thieves, POS's.

Terrible communication and didn't cancel my order when requested and didn't reply to my return request and kept my money. Been almost 2 months since the order. Do not use!!

Ordered a $90 hoodie that we did not receive. They Provo a fake usps tracking number. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered multiple items from their site and I received some of them. I thought maybe it will be delivered in two packages, but they marked the entire order as "fullfiled". So I contacted them through their listed e-mail, so I could get the missing items and no one is getting back to me. I have contacted them via the online form on their site and 3 times through e-mail and over a month has passed without them getting back to me at all. You cannot even get a refund or anything as they mentioned on their site, that before sending items back you have to contact them via e-mail or the won't accept the return. This is definetly a very sketchy site. I will never order from them again. 50 Dollars are now just gone!

I never received my order and I sent several emails to this company. I am very disappointed that they would scam people who love BTS just to steal money and probably personal information. This is absolutely disgusting.

Did not get an order confirmation, cannot communicate with them by email, phone # is not legitimate. Based in Vietnam. After 3 weeks received a very disappointing item. Expected a thick comforter to match photo and one we already have from another company. We received a horrible screen printed double sheet. Wildlife on screen print were elongated. Terrible item. Throwing it away. Do not purchase from them. No returns.

Read their return policy before buying. No returns other then if they made an error. You don’t like or need the item anymore doesn’t matter.

Do not order from this website. Cheap crap and the quilts are not even a quilt. It’s a thin sheet stitched very bad like a quilt. Was a gift for someone and too embarrassed to even give it to them. Ships from China. Should have done my research before ordering.

Ordered a Playbill quilt. Overall, quality is poor. The quilt is much thinner than I expected it to be. That wouldn't be the end of the world. However, the quilt I received had a random name in large black letters in the "Playbill" section. Nowhere was this on the advertised picture. Unusable as a Christmas gift due to that. Very disappointed!

This is full on bad things. I saw their ad on TikTok and believed this bafoonery . Ordered a sweater with a fighter jet and got nothing. Sent a hundred emails and nothing. Now I cant even find their website. Dont buy from this.

What they advertised and what they sent -totally different. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. When you have customer service issues they respond once and not thereafter. If I could give this company less than one star I would. Purchase from a reliable source in the states!!

You cannot see where this company is located until you purchase. Looks like US but then it’s based in Vietnam and that means you really cannot return anything because the cost would be crazy expense. Once I placed the order, I realized it was not a US company and I tried to cancel the order within minutes and they told me I couldn’t cancel and I would only get 70% of the refund in my credit card. No where in their web site do they say this. I would not order from this company.

This is probably the worst merch shop that I ever bought from. Sad part is, the stuff I bought LOOK real online but I emphasize look bc I never received the purchase. However, usps AND their site, says it was delivered oct 16. Where is it then?! My guess is though, that it WAS delivered but it wasn’t anything I ordered. I ordered a Jimin shirt , an August D guitar pick necklace and a BTS merch bag. All I got was a random BTS , rainbow shirt. Guitar necklace was for me, but the other two were going to be my best friend’s early b-day gift (11/6). I can’t contact them oh any way that works. They have chat , email and I haven’t heard a peep out of them since. Now I’m just like ‘screw it. Just refund me please. ‘ and just Argh ! They’re so maddening! At this point, I just want my money back!

TERRIBLE! If I could give this site 0 stars I absolutely would! Armymerchshop has done nothing but lie to me & PayPal. They kept my money & never sent me ANYTHING! & I’m sure many others have trusted this site simply bc they use the word “army” in their title, but do not be fooled, scamadviser is also under the impression that site is legitimate & IT IS NOT!

Actually should be a big fat zero for buying from this company. I’m following up with my credit card company for a refund. Bought a western themed sheet set but it wasn’t quite the same color plus had what looked like blood stains, though I’m sure it was ink, splattered all around. I was offered 20% refund for crying out loud. I have to learn to check reviews before buying online.

The blanket was exactly as shown in the picture. Timing of arrival was right on.

I ordered a bedding set in early March 2023 when I received it it was nothing like I expected and definitely not worth the price that Armymerch charged for it. My first time ever ordering from them and DEFINITELY MY LAST. I returned the merchandise on March 22 2023 and as of this date 07/31/23 I still haven't received my refund. I have sent them email after email and when I do get a response it's the same email word for word. BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY. A COMPANY THAT ONLY LETS THEIR CUSTOMERS CONTACT THEM ONLY BY EMAILS AND DOESN'T GIVE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE THEY CAN BE CONTACTED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A PERSON IS A TOTALLY SHADY COMPANY IN MY BOOK. Armymerch 1 out 10 rating is waaaay belong a BIG FAT 0.ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK

Terrible. No stars should be given. I ordered a KING size blanket months ago, which cost almost 100 and I never received it. Email after email being sent asking for my order and no response!
