Paid for Premium Shipping

Paid for Premium Shipping — Item Still Hasn’t Shipped

I placed an order with ArmyNavyUSA.com on 02/19/2026 at 9:41 AM PST. At checkout, they offered three shipping options: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and UPS — with UPS being the most expensive option. I chose UPS, assuming the higher cost meant faster or at least prioritized handling.

It is now February 26, 2026, and the item still has not shipped.

When I reached out to customer support, I received this response:

“Unfortunately the UPS option is not a fast shipping option.”

That explanation is baffling. If UPS isn’t faster, why is it presented as the premium-priced option? Charging more for a shipping method that doesn’t actually expedite processing feels misleading at best.

After looking into the company’s reputation, I noticed their Trustpilot rating sits around 2.3 stars, with numerous reviews specifically mentioning slow shipping and poor communication. What’s even more concerning is the pattern of nearly identical owner replies apologizing and promising to “improve processes,” while the same issues continue months later.

At some point, repeated apologies stop meaning anything.

Paying extra for shipping, waiting a full week without dispatch, and receiving vague explanations is frustrating and disappointing. Transparency matters. If processing times are long regardless of the shipping method selected, that should be clearly disclosed before customers pay more.

I’m genuinely curious to see what generic, templated response will appear under this review. Hopefully it includes more than the usual “we’re working on improving.”

Buyers should read the reviews carefully before ordering.
Also just look at the photo they have on Google Maps...look at the front of the store...do you want to order from here?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company. I purchased a product mid November and cannot reach anyone via email, calls.. finally put in a request through PayPal for refund and they sent me a tracking order but it shows it never shipped. Fairly certain I have been robbed at this point. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worthless company

Worthless company. I ordered a product through the Walmart website from Armynavyusa and they sent it to the wrong place. I had to go through Walmart to get my money back because the company would not contact me, would not refund me, would not send me replacement items. Again worthless company enough said.

Ripped Off

I purchased an item and have a confirmation number and never received my item. They have no contact information so there's no customer service at all. I was robbed.

Very slow in shipping

Very slow in shipping. Their website warns us that they may take as much as 10 days to ship. I'm at that now and no luck yet. Other retailers have the item to me befor now, let alone out for shipping.

I ordered a Bronze Star Medal on…

I ordered a Bronze Star Medal on 1/05/25 and got a order confirmation the next day. I have heard nothing from them since. I checked my order on their website 1/17/25 and it showed a status of "processing". I then checked my PayPal account and noticed the item charge had been paid on 1/06/25. I immediately emailed armynavyusa asking about the status of my order. On 1/23/25 having had no response to my email, I tried the "chat" function on their website. The "chats" response was that it wasn't online and asked for my email address. I entered the email address and got a reply saying the chat was offline and some one would email me. Still waiting.

If this company is actually legit it suffers from incredibly poor management. As a retired veteran I am...disappointed. Can't reccomend them at all.

It took them 25 days to deliver a…

It took them 25 days to deliver a product, and when they did it was a different size from what I ordered and defective. Their order form being crystal clear can't believe this happened.
Obviously don't recommend.

I purchased my Altama brown leather…

I purchased my Altama brown leather oxfords and a matching brown leather belt from Army Navy USA. I am happy with the quality of the products I bought and the shipping was fast. The belt was on back order. Customer service contacted me to let me know the status of the belt and they shipped out the shoes while the belt was being made. Then, the belt shipped two days later. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely shop there again.
