It was my first time at Arndal Spa I had an absolutely amazing experience at Arndal Spa! I booked a 9am session for the Wellness Facial and Classic Massage with Aileen, and honestly — she was incredible. Made it to easy for me to relax. I left feeling completely refreshed. I am already looking forward to my next session with her.
Also the lovely lady at the reception - had a very warm personality and a genuine smile.
I had absolutely wonderful experience!
Booked 1 hour of pregnancy massage. My masseur Aileen was very sweet and did amazing job - I managed to relax and rest during the massage, but also released tension in the body and reduced swelling. Overall facility and spa is very nice. Strongly recommend.
The owner of Arndal spa provided super customer service when I raised something with her when I visited the spa in December 2021. She went above and beyond. I will go back to this spa and will recommend to my friends.
I didn't get many services as promised on the booking page.

Dear Yama. As I answered you message on Google where you wrote that you didn't like the massage and that the massage was not good. You didn't book a massage. You booked a spa treatment with private saunagus, peeling and organic olie massage on the hole body in other that the skin could absorb the organic olie after the peeling. If you want an effective deep tissue massage - you need to book a sports massage. I understand the disappointment if you have booked another treatment that you expected. Kind regards Lotte Arndal
Went with a couple of girlfriends recently and had such a lovely day. Really relaxing facial and the amenities are great. Will definitely come back when I’m next in Copenhagen! Thanks to the team there for such a calming and restorative day X

Am absolutely brilliant place. I go there several times a month for different spa treatments, their masseuses are amazing and does wonders with my back. You also HAVE to try their facials!
Have been with Arndal spa for a body treatment,wich it was by the way very expensive,the young there girl was very weak in giving treatment.Arndal spa is a place for richies,posting pictures on their blog about known people to increase their prestige and people with money goes after name,not the the real value for money.
