Very professional and comprehensive. Got a full detailed report that detailed every condition.

Customer service here was very responsive and fair but I did find that the inventory itself was not as thorough as I expected and required a lot of work from me to address omissions, they also only captured one meter reading for an economy 7 meter which requires 3 readings.

Excellent inventory company, with a strong team of clerks and extremely efficient office. Would recommend to anyone.

They were great and easy to work with. The agent who came to do the post survey took his time and made sure to produce a thorough report.

My experience was frustrating. Availability of technicians to carry out the remedial work was limited.

Constantly had to chase to get updates on where the technician was - he was late and arrived outside the 3 hour window. Then it took a whole week for the GSC and EICR to arrive .. despite their promise that it would be a max 48 hours!!

A nightmare to try and contact on the phone - on constant hold.

The inventory clerk Jacek was very patient in dealing with a very complex inventory.
I highly recommend both the check in and check out with Arnold Inventories.

When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned but was rated as having “good cleanliness” despite grubby furniture, dust, and footprints throughout. After I paid for professional cleaning at checkout, the report claimed it was of “low” cleanliness, nitpicking dust in obscure places. Completely inconsistent and unfair. Clerk Jacek was a nightmare, he went into the lift motor room to look for the meters... In favour of landlords unfortunately.

Met the clerk Wojciech at the property to be present for the check out inventory- he was polite, professional and courteous. I had to change the time last minute and they were not only flexible but also very reliable and friendly.

I was recommended Arnold Inventories by Comber & Co. I’ve used them for the past few years. I had nothing but excellent service and reliability from everyone in the office and the clerks I meet. I’ve had several reports done by them and have been impressed with the high quality and attention to detail. A particular highlight has been the clerks, two in particular whom I worked with quite closely. I’ve had some of the best experiences in the rental process. It’s been a pleasure working with Arnold Inventories - I’ve worked with them for the past 2 years and they’re the best clerks I’ve worked with. I moved into my flat in London with my flatmate last week. It was a stressful day, but the clerk was very calm and patient with me. I had an issue with the sash window but the report’s quick turn around helped us to resolve this. I would definitely recommend!

They’re very biased in favour of the landlord.

Kitchen was dirty when I moved in and yet they rated the cleanliness as good.

Apparently there’s dust on the skirting board when I moved out despite a professional clean so cleanliness was rated as low.

I left the property in a better condition than I found it and yet I’m disputing to get my deposit back. A bunch of absolute crooks.

Have never worked with such a great group of people, always attentive and helpful to deliver excellent quality reports.
