Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a swimsuit for my sister for Christmas and I sent it back for an exchange. It's July and I've not received anything.
I'm a year and a half down the line and still no refund. Their attempt at getting in touch was pathetic.

Order stuck in China since 5 March
My order is stuck in China since 5 March.
This has been way more than 15-18 days delivery that appears in their website.
Customer service is unresponsive and inefficient and unwilling to offer me a refund nor any other solution. Very disappointed with this company.

Very long shipping time
Expect really long shipping delays to the US -- I placed my order on Jan 22, 2020. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received confirmation that my order had shipped so I reached out. One week after I reached out, I got mixed responses (one person said shipping company didn't give them a tracking number and another person said my item had shipped and included a tracking link). After 10 days of getting a tracking number I checked the status of my order and realize it hasn't left China. At this point, it's been a month since I placed my order... given it's coming from China I don't expect this to get here in time for my trip. I am very disappointed as I had previously ordered from them and didn't have this issue. I knew their shipping was longer than most retailers (AKA longer than 10 business days) but I did not think it would more than a month to receive my item. I'm still waiting but they did manage to charge me immediately...

Another Chinese company posing as a European one. Waited over a month for my swimsuit to arrive. When it finally came, it was the smallest swimsuit I have ever tried. It was a one piece, sized medium. I am always a medium. I'm 5'6" and 130lbs. The suit fit fine around my middle and bottom. The problem was it was for someone very, very short. It pulled down on my shoulders and up on my crotch. The breast pads were in a weird place and it looked nothing like the picture in the ads. I asked my friend to try it on. She is 4'11" and weighs less than me. She had the same problem with it being too short, and it also fit awkwardly on her chest. The suit was poor quality and cheaply made. When I tried to return it, I was given the run around and told I could pay the shipping to send it back to China or take a 75% refund and keep the suit. What am I going to do with a swim suit that doesn't fit me or any of the petite people in my life? Complete waste of time and money. Stay away from this company.

Worst Customer Service and shipment experience

So I after I had my first shipment got lost in July , I have waited for my second shipment. Even after placing a complaint and having the customer service emailing me useless emails pretending they are following up I got the exact same email that i got one month ago ( evidence are below).
The email is not even customized for my case.
Although I asked last time for a refund but the customer service team asked me wait a bit to track it which I did. However, you seem to have a serious problem in your shipment. It is not a one time problem.
Now All I want is a REFUND.
You must be ashamed of yourselves.
I would have sent it by Fedex if I were running a good customer service department

Over two months for delivery
I was not impressed with my experience. After 40 days waiting for delivery I emailed customer service and was told my order was on its way. About a week later I got an ema saying my order had been placed and I emailed customer service again and was told that my order was lost in transit and they sent a new order. I asked if I could have the item shipped priority post because it was nearly 50 days already that I was waiting and was told no. My package finally arrived today- over two months after I ordered it.
Update: I completed my original review as part of an incentive email from the company that claimed I would receive 5% cash back on my order if I wrote a review. I just received an email from the customer service team to say that to qualify for the cash back offer I needed to edit my 2 star review to a 4 or 5 star review. Effectively, they are paying you a very small sum to write a fake review for them.

Absolutely awful company AVOID
Absolutely awful customer service. Product is poor quality and broke before I even wore it. They spam you a million emails with useless content then you don’t hear anything from them when you need to complain about their product. They also refused to refund my product when it was broken and UNWORN.

trying to return 2 bikinis
I purchased two bikinis for my daughter. one is too small. the other has a clasp in the back that won't hold shut. no one wants to wear a swimsuit that might suddenly come undone. I applied for a return. I was told they would discount my price if I kept the too small one and I had to send video of the clasp that does not work. what can I do with a suit that does not fit, no matter how cheap it is? I will not send video. I already am paying return shipping, that's good enough. Will never purchase from this website again. horrible customer service
