my husband ordered one meal and come something totally others ,when i tried i almost died it was so spicy that in the second burnt my mouth so i couldn't feel my mouth half hour ,so am never gonna eat again from them,if they are not capable to give you the same thing like previous ones then i can trust them again,i don't like a surprises ,my bad is that i don't have experience with this type cuisine and i will not try ever again they killed it,their loss,i willingly stick with what i know

Ordered food for my husband's birthday- he wanted Pad Thai with chicken. Got tofu instead. Also ordered fish cakes and green curry with fish. Very poor quality. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

A bad experience.
After waiting for an hour and a quarter longer than expected the time of delivery, we received our food. The restaurant does not answer the phone, so we could not get an answer. The order was marked “Delivered" from Just Eat halfway through our waiting, and at no point have we received an explanation from Aroii, as to why the food took two hours to arrive.
The restaurant and Kiin Kiin Admin have not taken any responsibility for their delivery, and refuse to relate to the bad experience we have had.
The food was also of poor quality and overpriced - DKK 25 for a can of cola and DKK 125 for a dish with four pieces of duck and two lychees, the rest of it was soup-like sauce with tasteless vegetables.

Stay away from Aroii Copenhagen! Chances are that you'll leave with a bad experience. There are so many other great places in Norrebro/Copenhagen. Especially the bald manager will do his best to destroy your evening, and if needed he can count on some of the other staff members to help him.

Aroii is a great example of success corrupts, as the money flows in the service is the first to take a hit, and hereafter the food quality.

A nightmare! Don't even think about visiting this place. The food is fair but the service is horrific. There's a reason why this place scores a pathetic 1 star average. We went 7 people and all 7 of us agreed on having had the worst experience in recent time.
