Microwave foot warmers

I was given a pair of microwave feet warmers for Christmas. I've used them twice and when l took the foot sack out of the bottom of the slipper there was has a hole in it, wheat went flying everywhere. I spent most of my evening picking bit of wheat off the kitchen floor. I messaged the company and they advised l would need to contact the shop that sold the product. This was a Christmas present from someone who doesn't live locally. I doubt l have any legal standing but it would of been good if they could of replaced the foot sack. FOLLOW UP: l emailed Aroma Homes again expecting not to hear from them. Imagine my suprise when they sent me a replacement foot sack which smells lovely. I was not expecting this. Thank you Aroma Homes. I have upped your stares.

Aroma Home Body wraps…

I bought one of Aroma Home's Body wraps with "therapeutic gel beads" in a Squires garden centre in February. They are designed to be heated in the microwave "to sooth sore muscles and relieve aches and pains". On the first occasion I tried to use it, I read the instructions and, as I have a 900w microwave, I heated it for 20 seconds as instructed. It was still cold. I tried for another 20 seconds and there was barely any signs of warmth. I didn't feel it was a good idea to continue, given the instructions.
I filled in the contact form on their website to ask about a refund. There was no response. So I tried the email address that was on the website for UK customers. It came back as undeliverable.
I don't recommend that anyone buys this product.
