Amazing medical facility with state of the art technology. Super impressed with all the doctors/surgeons/staff and particularly our interpreter “John” who was simply exceptional from the moment we checked in till the we checked out! The medical advisors from Arpanumedical have been so knowledgeable and have strived to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
Before and aftercare was so professional!! Doku definitely leading the way forward!! Huge congratulations!!

The nurses were very kind and checked on me everyday! John also helped me through all the process. He translated the conversation with the doctor and have very good English skills.

Great service from the beginning to the end from Bella, my interpreter who helped me with everything, good service and translation.

Dr Serhan is wonderful he must have blessed and magical hands. I had no pain and no bruising after surgery. He is a kind and caring doctor. Reason I had surgery was because I had some breathing difficulties and had an asymmetrical nose from a previous unsuccessful nose operation in Australia which I had many years ago. I searched for a good ENT specialist and found good reviews of Dr Serhan and chose him to fix my nose. I am so pleased with my new nose. As it heals and the swelling goes down, my nose looks better and better. At first I was concerned because the swelling made my nostrils asymmetrical and big. But you have to be patient until the swelling goes down then you'll see a symmetrical beautiful nose and one that functions well hopefully. I can already feel the passageway is clearer and hopefully by the time swelling goes down completely, should be able to breathe so much better. I can not thank Dr Serhan enough he is the best! John who was my interpreter was an absolute delight. He made the experience outstanding. He made sure he explained every detail to me clearly and was so kind, honest and helpful. He made me feel so welcome and reassured. John is a very valuable asset to Arpanu. Initially, I had other employees helping me but they were a bit disorganized and we had some misunderstandings. Then John came into the picture and turned everything around. The other employees can learn so much from John. Overall, great value for your money ..outstanding Dr Serhan. Outstanding support from John, amazing hospital suite, VIP transfers (can improve a little), organizing whole package can be improved. But what matters most the doctor, hospital, your hospital room and John's support are fabulous

The follow up with the dieticians after surgery has been brilliant! They are always on hand to answer any questions or reassure you! Very supportive

Everything turned out the best way.
Doctor did his work properly. And by the way he is very chill and relaxed. Answered 1 mln questions. Sometimes I repeated my questions because was a bit lost. But he answered them kindly and never hurried me. Guys interpreters are also very experienced and know most of the questions in advance, so there is no problem to communicate in English.
After the surgery they give you a post-surgery nurse whose role is to support you in this tough period. She has certain schedule, so if you are panicking at night you should wait for her answer until the morning. And in the hotel nurses come every day to see you.
But there’s one person who is always with you, she is your first contact there, from sales stage till the end, even after you left the country.
When the post-surgical nurse has a day-off, this person answers. Her name is Zivile. During this journey she was the one who surprised me multiple times. From issues with driver and internet, to the night drama when I spoiled my nostril. And contacted a doctor late evening and comforted me. When you are at your most sensitive and vulnerable position you really appreciate when you meet real professionals. They are never rude to you although they could because you reach them at night, ask the same questions, ask multiple people the same. So I see this all as a well-organized process.
They gave me enough of information about further treatment, no questions left. I would advice Dr. Serhan Derin and his team for rhinoplasty.

The medical team is excellent. Big shout out to everyone. From the first contact until now. If you are thinking of having surgery, arpanu is the best.

I was afraid at first, because I don't speak Turkish well, and I never practice it in my country.. When I saw Mira at the beginning of my day, I didn't worry anymore, I'm sorry if I made her tired, she never left me, she was one of the nicest people I've ever met. ♥️ I sat for 4 days and did not feel bored, everyone around me treated me very nicely.. I hope to go back for another surgery 🤣 and to see the same people I met.. Thank you for everything

Feeling very nervous about booking weight loss surgery in Turkey, i bit the bullet and did it. It has been the best decision I have ever made. Arpanu have been fantastic in all areas. Communication, answering questions, transfers, hotel stay, hospital and after care.
From our consultant Adam who answered many questions before I left, to the time we had to leave Turkey I was well looked after. Hospital is clean and staff are brilliant. Hotel is amazing (i stayed at the Nova Plaza Prime) and my husband had gorgeous breakfasts which are included in the price. The after care team of dieticians are on the ball and keep you informed of all your stages and lovely recipes too. They are also there for moral support if needed. I highly recommend Arpanu and Dr Ceyhun. I am a month post op and i am so glad i chose them to have my gastric sleeve.

Before 3 months my mom has done gastric sleeve with dr Ceyhun Aydogan.
We were welcomed from team on hospital.
Berke helped us with test and check ups procedures, thank you Berke.
During two days hospital stay Furkan nurse, Arpanu team checked time to time to make sure she is ok and confortable.
Hospital nurses were kindly and very careful, thank you all.

I have to say, BEST service for my rhinoplasty in Istanbul. I had been toying with the idea of getting a rhinoplasty done for quite some time due to breathing issues and a deviated septum. Arpanu Medical did not disappoint at all! From the setting up of the surgery, transport to and from the airport, 5-star hotel, hospital, actual surgery and post-op care, everything was impeccable! Betul and John made everything so easy and streamlined. Dr. Serhan Derin was exactly the kind of doctor I was looking for. The nurses were amazing. Post-op consultant Yasmeen had me very informed every step of the way. They were all very compassionate, caring, kind and professional!

Hi, I had sleeve surgery on 30th December 2022. Performed by Dr.Ceyhun Aydogan. I initially began my query in July 2022. My pre surgrey contact was Lily, and what an absolute star this lady is. I asked her with lots of questions, which she answered almost instantly, remaining professional and friendly. YOU are a credit to your team Lily. ❤️
When I arrived in turkey we had a private taxi waiting which took us to the hotel and we were picked up 6am next morning for surgrey. My interpreter was a thin guy with long hair and glasses and was very abrupt luckly i only had him for a few hours and never saw him again. Anyway, moving on.. at the hospital, I underwent X rays, blood tests, and scans. The hospital was very clean and up to date staff were all lovely. After surgrey, I wasn't in a lot of pain apart from the expected wind pains and my usual headache,which all eased by day 3. Before you can drink anything, you will have to drink blue dye, then scan, then you drink water, and you are discharged from hospital and private transfered to hotel. A nursing team will come see you every day at the hotel. (dont worry if you want to go out and about you can contact them on whatsapp). The whole team are lovely. The nurse I tended to see was called Sarah and she was helpful and knowledgeable,
Hotel beautiful they have a gym, saunas etc, although kitchen staff need to be more aware of balatric patients needs IE soup water & fruit juice...
Aftercare
My nurse is Amy, who has been an absolute delight. My post op team have been amazing. Dieteticians Amy Minty Nora and post op consultant yasmin have always been available to answer questions and advise and believe me i have bombared them 🤣 they always respond immediately during day but have found I have even had replies late at night as i tend to ask questions as i remember what would probably around their bed time.(2 hours time difference)
AGAIN THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE. You are all a credit to Arpanu medical.
Those looking to book do your research and remember cheap is not best. Pay the extra for better care.
I'm 4 weeks post op a d have lost over 2 stones. Starting weight 15.10. Current wait 13 stone 6.

The experience was overall positive. I appreciated the flexibility of Dr. Aydogan (we changed surgical procedure on the morning of the surgery!). I found the post op and nutritional follow up from the team extremely helpful. They were kind and patient, very responsive when I had questions, and encouraging throughout (the first month post surgery is difficult and boring, it's easy to slip into old habits). The recipes were decent as well (I encourage you to go to their YouTube channel). So special thanks to Amy, Monty, Nora, and Yasmin!

I've found an incredible, sweet and protective surgeon♥️(B.C.) and 3 amazing nurses (Zehra, Gaye and Deniz) who helps me and made me feel understood and not alone. I will always remember of you♥️.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Poyraz was very helpful with providing me with all the information for my rhinoplasty. She was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable when booking the surgery. All the information from start to finish was great. When I arrived at the hospital my translator John was amazing! He explained how everything would go and ensured I understood as well as making me feel very comfortable again from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and was also very welcoming and friendly. The nurses at both the hospital and hotel were excellent and Dr Serhan Derin was amazing! He gave me my perfect nose! I could not thank him enough. Thank you so much for all at Arpanu, you have been a pleasure!

Well many things made my experience the best..but the most important thing is the amazing (Dieteticians amy minty nora and postop consultant yasmin.)without these people I think It would have been hard . They were very patient ,friendly and very understanding. They took my hand and help me move forward a step by step. Highly appreciated.

My Journey begins with a trustful Team!
I am very happy that I chose Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan and his team! Incredibly warm care, everything very well explained and taken care of. From the first minute one - booking my appointment with the lovely Derya!

The hotel as well as the hospital are first class! Dr. Ceyhun operates himself and I felt in very good hands! The nursing staff were without exception incredibly nice and on hand for any problem! Despite the language barrier, I always understood the nurses and caregivers and in case of need they translated by cell phone. The whole team of dr. Ceyhun Aydogan is incredibly great, I traveled alone and Alper was always at my side! I would like to thank everyone for this great support and I am very much looking forward to working with them next year! One is not simply left alone after the operation, but still has 12 months of all-round care nutritional counseling and psychological counseling from the team (with lovely Amy, Minty, Bahar)! Many thanks to all who have accompanied me on my journey! Since May I have lost 28 kg.
