Dal 6/8/23 giorno del mio ordine ad oggi 17/8/23 non ho ancora ricevuto la merce da Amazon continuano a spostarmi la consegna ora se i corrieri che arredo la dia prende e x i quali si fa anche pagare non possono garantire a breve le consegne direi che una azienda seria dovrebbe cambiare i corrieri e a mio avviso avrebbe dovuto rimandarmi la merce sino dalla prima mia lamentela mai più acquisterò da arredolandia
Da non crederci. Ho contattato l'azienda, per una quotazione, in quanto ero interessato all'acquisto di un ordine all'ingrosso. Operatori maleducati e poco professionali, mi ritengo fortunato a non aver concluso nessun ordine.
Mi è stata consegnata la panchina danneggiata, ho subito segnato tale la circostanza ad Arredolandia, precisando che era inutilizzabile. Purtroppo non mi è stata sostituita o fornito il pezzo danneggiato e ho ricevuto il rimborso solamente del 50% della spesa. Secondo quanto riferito dall'operatore di Arredolandia, il danneggiamento è stato effettuato dal corriere TNT.
