Very unprofessional, rude, customer service doesn't exist in their agents. they will show their true color after the payment. we didnt continue giving our package to them and we dont mind losing the money, its very risky and very fishy.

They run it like a family business, anyone says anything they want. They have no sense of how to properly communicate in a proffesional setting. Their employees lack proper training in communication. Minus respect for new or existing customers. I even recommended my friend, same feedback from him.

Managing Amazon FBA shipments is a frustrating job especially when you're new, I found arrivage team after searching for information about FBA shipments. I think I found the lottery. their service is excellent, they provide guidance, and their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Arrivage used to be a good start up company for delivering FBA shipments which started about 2 years ago. They had a 3rd party application in which we used to book orders and track it. Later they stopped the application (probably to save some money) and promised to have a better and easier process. However, they ended up with a very manual process. Today was the worst experience ever, after sending all the shipment details they usually need, the stuff requested me to navigate to a shared sheet and asked me to fill additional details like my address which is the same for the 3 years!! Plus Whatsapp location which I really don't know how can it be copied to sheet! He also asked to fill the shipment details which I already shared over Whatsapp. In short, they want us to do their manual job to save time and hire less stuff as they're lacking proper system. They shared with me a shipment pick up ID which I have to write by hand on the box, they don't have a system to even generate a barcode!

Last but not least, they rejected to refund the deposit amount they force to pay in advance also because they don't accept credit card payment. If you want to deal with them, transfer only the amount they need for your shipment as this company may close and disappear at any moment.

Arrivage gives Excellent service . Cheap and trustable also. I would recommend.
