Both pair rubbed a sore in both legs at the Achilles tendon area. Now I need bandages before I can wear them.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered an American size 6 instead of UK size 6. I have just recieved a replacement for wide round toed shoes. Thank you for dealing with my complaint so.promtly, eventhough I was at fault. My toes are very happy at last not being squashed.

Ladies when ordering from UK make sure you use the conversion. Chart. US size six is size 4 in UKS SYSTEM

I ordered shoes for my mother who has wide feet and bunions. I had taken mum's measurements to make sure that I got the right size. On web site it stated if wide feet order next size up; which I did. They arrived put them on Mum feet. Shoes was comfortable at first but a little tight on the width and just fit on the length. Mum is size 9 so I ordered size 10. The shoes are nice but sizing not as described. To me the width was not there at all they were just normal sizing. The purchase was a waste of money for my mother. I should have known better! Further to my review I had an email back from arromic who was going to give my mother $20 refund; which was nice. My mother did not take up this refund as with stretching and wearing of the shoes they now fit and she is happy with them. I would still suggest that if for a wide foot such as E or EE sizing the measurements on the web site are not accurate to a wide foot with bunions. These shoes are very nice shoes but I feel for a B fitting.

Update on my experience: Following PayPal’s advice, I returned the shoes to China at my expense. They sat in Chinese customs from May 15 until about 10/2/2023 and are now apparently being returned to me! The seller obviously didn’t pick them up despite being reminded by PayPal. Now PayPal says they can’t reopen my dispute and referred me to my credit card company to file a dispute. VISA says the transaction is too old for them to act on my claim.
BUYER BEWARE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SHOES!!

I'm having a similar issue to all of the above people. Shoes are way too small and they wish to extort more money from you to return them. Still have no proper return address. Run!

I used the Arromic website to navigate the size and the orginal shoes were to small and not true to size. When dealing with the agent thru emails, they were ok, but I had to pay additional money for replacement and they chose a larger size than size that I asked for in the replacement shoes and now have shoes so big they will not stay on my feet. The agent said in this situation they offer a $20 Refund, apparently Arromic did not want to fix the issue. So what I have is a $20 refund for shoes that did not fit. I paid $15 for shipping on 8/25/2023 for replacement shoes that were sent bigger that I had suggested and asked for, paid $101.99 on August 10, 2023 for the original order and have no shoes!! I do not believe that at a total cost of $116.99 and no shoes is fair or good service to a customer!! I am very unsatisfied and will post this comment of FB and internet. Quit and ordeal and 5-6 weeks with no resolution for the customer, not good service at all.

SCAM! Stay away!

This is chinese crap sold via aliexpress or such, cheap shoes sold as premium quality. All they advertise is a lie. This is the case of "Wish I had read the reviews on Google, not just their fake feedback".

Again, another Chinese rip off company with shoddy quality and sizing that is too small! Stay away!

If I could go with zero stars I would. Although the website said “easy, hassle free returns” it has been anything but. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes (discount with purchase of 3rd pair) for a total of $143. The size is too big and shoe very uncomfortable. Like others, company offering a 50% return and keep their crappy product. Avoid at all cost. Learned a valuable lesson. Shoes also took over 3 weeks to reach me!

Here is the note I got from customer service:

Entire website is a rip-off of Vivaia Shoes. They even copied the size chart!! Pictures and styles are also extremely similar, with pictures/drawings from exactly the same angles and exactly the same details, and the exact same wording about unique selling points. But these shoes seem to be drop-shipped from China, where Vivaia shoes are not.

Unlike others I'm getting offers from this bunch for the shoes which seriously don't fit. I've just gone back to them to explain that full refund is non-negotiable under UK law - with a copy of the relevant uk.gov guidance for companies. I have a UK returns address. So as per UK law I am returning the goods and for the record I will do it tracked. Keeping a record of everything. Will notify Pay Pal and perhaps see if Trading Standards have them in their sights.

They've sent me a revised 'offer' as a gesture of goodwill. I know what that means. I've told them I will accept full refund with no conditions as per UK law.

Update. I have been given a full refund via Paypal in compliance with UK law - which meant I returned to goods. I did that tracked to there were no aquabbles about them not having received them.

Shoes did not fit and were poor quality. Even though website says easy returns, they want returns sent to CHINA and at less than half the refund! That "refund" is then used to purchase shipping to China! This is a scam company and highly recommend shopping elsewhere!

I ordered a pair of Arromic flats from an ad on Facebook. Bad mistake. I had ordered from other companies on Facebook (Orthofeet, for example), and had no trouble. The Arromic shoes, advertised as roomy and supportive, were anything but. Very small toe box and very uncomfortable. There is no way to return them, as the website very conveniently shows "cannot find order." I paid $67.00 for these shoes, only to find I could have gotten them on Amazon for $29.99. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK!

First, the shoes. Actually, I like the style and construction, but they didn't fit well, due to a pretty shallow toe box area (it slants down so there's not much room. If you have skinny toes, they might work. The bad part: as written by just about all the other reviewers here, that "zero hassle returns" statement on their website is not true at all. It's a huge hassle. I bought two pair for some unknown reason (insomniatic delirium?), and they will refund the price of just one pair (let's hope that happens quickly). They don't want you to send them back, but they don't fit, so... donate, I guess. The other option was to pay *another* $15 to have them send another size (still with no guarantee), and to send a screenshot of your payment receipt (don't they have that?). So I'm out $45 and am calling it an expensive lesson. That sucks. If you still want to try these, go to Amazon: at least you have a decent chance to return if they don't work.

I bought these shoes through a Facebook ad. The size was wrong. I created an account on the website in order to process a return. In order to do so, the status of the order had to be "completed." The status has never changed from "unfulfilled" and it says refunds and exchanges can't be processed until the status is "completed." The tab for "contact us" leads to a blank page that says not found. They do not respond to any communications. The quality of the shoes certainly doesn't correspond to the cost. SCAM

Terrible quality, the shoes literally were too little material to stay on my heels, despite the fact that they were the right size otherwise. I tried to return them but they wouldn't let me. Offered to send me a 40% refund only.

They ship from USA but tell you that you can't return them there. That I had to send them back to China, and it's expensive, and if they don't get the item, I don't get a refund. So they basically bully and blackmail you out of your money.

I reported them to the FTC. They need to be shut down, everyone needs to report them.

Same experience as others report. Uncomfortable shoes and though website describes easy refunds, I had same experience and when I finally agreed to partial refund, they stopped communicating with me and I never got a penny back

First a positive note. Shoes look nice;
BUT they are very narrow. Their size guide suggests buying larger size. It doesn't tell you that the sole of the shoe will still be a very narrow width.
Next, like everyone else says, don't expect a refund. When I requested to return them they stated "We are very sorry for this situation, in order to solve your problem faster and express our apologies, we can provide you with a 40% discount coupon code without returning.You can keep them, or give them to your friends or loved ones. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
I persisted that I wanted full refund as I did not intend to buy more from them and sent them copy of their "money back guarantee".
Their reply was, "As the return shipping is very expensive, and it takes a long time to deliver. We also cannot help to issue a full refund if the item is lost on return. Therefore, we sincerely recommend that you consider a discount coupon code."
I continued to insist on refund. They replied, "As the return shipping is very expensive, and it takes a long time to deliver. Here we can help to issue a partial refund of 20 USD instead without returning."..."So we can provide you the return label, but a 15 USD shipping fee will be deducted from the product refund amount."
Arromic did provide me with an address to return the shoes to: "Before sending any item back to us, please consult your local post office to know the price of returning the item and inform us about it.

So I started checking with USPS and UPS on shipping charges. The shipping charges with UPS was more than double the cost of the shoes. USPS was better, but still way too much.
I conceded and took the $20 refund and donated the shoes to a worthy cause.
