Bartos and his colleagues were very professional. A quote and a pre-work visit were followed by a very professional job of sound-proofing a lounge ceiling to reduce noise from above. Completed within the quoted timeline and budget. Four invoices paid during the work (initial deposit, 2 more, and the final one after completion).
Bartos also ensured the room was left looking new with a lick of paint on the walls to match the new ceiling.

Friendly and respectful team came in to work consistently every weekday until job was finished. Pride in work to a high standard, no corners cut, always sought to ask client opinion for preferred options, and suggested good solutions for when problems came up (e.g to work around unexpected joist/stud position etc).

After they had finished cleaning up and some very minor snagging the final invoice was exactly as described at quote, no hidden extras. Very happy with refurbished bathrooms.

Arrow Design successfully completed a renovation of our property. We purchased a property which needed a lot of work, including complete restructure of the back of a property, breaking down walls, removal of unwanted toilet, new kitchen with bi- fold doors, new roofing, modernising of annexe, modernising living space with new ceiling and fireplace, complete renovations of 2 bathrooms. The entire work took around 6 months. Bartos helped me with the design choices, cheaper alternatives and general help and guidance with the design and architecture of our home. I never knew how much there was to think about and how many choices I had - I am not sure where I would be without Arrow Design! We are a small family with a (then) baby and we were treated with utmost respect throughout. The guys worked on Sundays, on bank holidays and even on Easter Sunday! I would not think twice about choosing Arrow Design again for any further works we have. The team were clean, and the work produced was spectacular. Bartos - we are so grateful to you and your team, you all became part of the family for the time you were with us. Thank you for all your help with everything and for putting up with us for so long!

We had a fairly small project (take down a section of wall, paint a couple of rooms, expose bricks ans some similar alterations) but we wanted it done in days, before we move in to the house. We felt the team at Arrow Design (led by Bartos) treated us like partners, thinking about how to work around small problems and deliver good and fast results. When we wanted to make changes this was not seen as a reason to charge huge sums of money or delay the work significantly.

Bought an old house built in the 1970s. Contacted ArrowDesign after looking at their magnificent reviews and they certainly lived up to my expectations. We had to tear down everything to bare bricks and start building from there and work was completed professionally in a very short span of time considering the festival period of December. Attention was given to every detail while fixing units in the bathroom, finishing was impressive and at the end, the place was tidied up for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them for any future projects.

Can not recommend highly enough Arrow Design. They completed my new dream kitchen extension and finished just before Christmas. Great company to work with. Very tidy, polite and work done to highest standards. I’m very happy and will be using again on my next project.

A pity we did not go ahead with our extension as we moved home but the design work and consultation was well done.
