Unprofessional bookmaker

This is, without question, the worst bookmaker I have ever dealt with.

My account is constantly being blocked for so-called "regulatory purposes," sometimes multiple times in a single week. Every time it happens, I'm forced through the same exhausting process with little to no explanation. At this point, it feels less like genuine compliance checks and more like an excuse to prevent customers from using their accounts normally.

The customer service is equally dreadful. Live Chat is completely ineffective. Every interaction consists of the same copy-and-paste responses, the same generic promises that someone will contact you by email, and the same lack of follow-through. Time and time again, I've been told my issue would be escalated, only to hear nothing back and be left chasing for answers myself.

What concerns me most is the complete lack of confidence this creates. If a company cannot handle basic customer communication properly, it naturally raises questions about how much customers can rely on them when real issues arise. Trust is essential when dealing with a bookmaker, and based on my experience, this company has done nothing to earn it.

I've also come across numerous complaints from other users describing very similar experiences, which suggests these problems are not isolated incidents.

I would strongly advise anyone considering opening an account to read recent customer reviews carefully before depositing any money. My experience has been an endless cycle of restrictions, delays, poor communication, and frustration. There are far better bookmakers available that value their customers' time and treat them with a far greater level of professionalism.

1 Star is too generous. A masterclass in how NOT to run a new casino.

If you are looking for a casino that values its players, run far away from Arrowbet.

This is a brand new, highly inexperienced operator (run by SCGO Limited) that clearly has no idea how to acquire or retain customers in the UK market. I opened my account for than a week ago and completed their pathetically mean welcome offer. Instead of treating me like a new customer they should want to keep, their brilliant business strategy was to immediately ban my account from all future promotions.

Yes, you read that right—less than 7 days open.

They had the audacity to send me a passive-aggressive email saying I could "still enjoy" their sportsbook and casino with my own money, just without any offers. Why on earth would I spend my own hard-earned money at a bottom-tier, paranoid, freshly launched bookmaker that treats its users like criminals for using a standard promo?

There are hundreds of established, reputable casinos in the UK that actually understand customer retention. Arrowbet is an absolute joke of an operation. Do not waste your time, do not give them your data, and definitely do not give them your money. They will gladly take your deposits but will restrict your account the second you show any signs of actually winning if you have any luck. Avoid at all costs.
