Great products which match some of those that I have ordered in the past. Very quick turnaround well packaged.

Beautiful album, very good price and quick dispatch.

The company are well stocked in the product that I was after. The website was easy to navigate through from choosing the products that I wanted to payment.

I purchased this medal showcase as a Christmas present for a friend of mine who is quite a good shot with a rifle and has won quite a few medals over the last few years and had nothing to display them in.I thought this may do as a reasonable gift as it looked quite good in the catalogue.After ordering I was pleased to receive it within a few days and was every bit as good as I could have hoped for.My friend on receiving it was well pleased saying she thinks it is superb!

Stupidly I didn't do any research on this company before we brought some products. Looking like we have lost our money, because even though there is a new owner claim, there is no order confirmation and no response to emails. Products brought 10 day's ago Be very wary and spend your money elsewhere.....

My latest order was allegedly dispatched on 2 March but I have not received it eight days later.

The web-site has for the past 24 hours said it was under-going routine maintenance and none of its phone numbers are answering.

Has the company ceased trading?

My last delivery from them was via Hermes where it is impossible to speak with anyone without a tracking number.

They are not answering the telephone. They are not answering their emails. The website is down. Have they gone bust?

I would not buy from them at the moment bearing in mind the above.

I placed a £120 order 3 weeks ago. Hermes claim that it was deliverd; it was not. Arrowfile haven't helped with this whatsoever just saying they will look into the matter.

And now total and utter silence and no way of contacting them.

Don't buy from them!!

Made an order on the 1st October 2020 (items showing on website as available in 2-3 days). Only 2 of the 7 coin trays arrived and 5 were missing. On 16th October I sent a message to their website asking when the remaining trays would be sent out. No response so called on 23rd October and was told 2 trays would be sent however the rest were out of stock! Still not received on 28th October so emailed asking where they were. Response on 29th was that they could dispatch 2 trays (which should have been done 5 days prior to this!)

Needless to say the remaining 3 coin trays still haven't arrived despite chasing weekly and website still showing availability as 2-3 days.

Placed a 2nd order with them on 25th November, didn't receive an order confirmation so had to email asking if order received as no money taken from my bank. 5 days later get a response saying it had been received.

Moving on to 30th November I get 2 dispatch emails (for my most recent order and those 3 outstanding trays) and an email from DPD saying they will be delivered on 1st December. Guess what? Nothing has arrived. The tracking number says they haven't even received the parcel?! Another email sent this morning asking where my orders are.

Never known a company like it, once these orders are received I'll be looking elsewhere as this is ridiculous.

Three photograph albums arrived very quickly, in good order. Very pleased with them.

album arrived with split case and pages were brown and old - so totally unsuitable for a precious postcard collection. Returned the lot for a refund and have gone elsewhere for supplies.
