Unreliable seller. Ordered goods from them and didn't receive them for 3 weeks. They say they are out of stock. Asked for a refund and haven't responded for 5 days.

Ordered here 5 or 6 times now. Prices are great and the items are top quality. My only complaint is that shipping can sometimes take a long time, but that is a minor hassle, since everything else is great.

Late shipping but all my interactions over a few orders were good

I bought a Bear Super Grizzly bow at Arrowforge some months ago. The was defective and broke recently. I contacted Arrowforge, who after checking with the supplier, told me that the bow was indeed under warranty. They offered to either refund me or order me a new bow and send it back to me. Not wanting to wait, I accepted the refund, and even told them that I was going to buy another bow. They confirmed me by email a second time that I will be quickly reimbursed via Paypal.
So I place an order for a new bow in another shop.
10 days later, I receive an email from Arrowforge. It is another employee who writes to me this time. She tells me that Arrowforge made a mistake, that they won't reimburse me after all. But that they will send me a new bow instead.
I didn’t accept that solution, because they engaged themselves twice to refund me. But nothing helps, they no longer want to reimburse me, they prefer to send me a new bow.
So I lost a lot of money, and I will have a second bow I don't need.

Dishonest, does not keep its commitments, in short, don't trust them.

EDIT : I received the bow they sent me. It's damaged, a lot of scratches. It's clearly a used one, or this was done on purpose, I don't know, but it is clearly not like a new one from the distributor, like they said.
