Helping Financial Services firms to Attract, Recruit and Retain great talent. A square peg in a round hole, an unhappy employee or just not a great fit. This is not a good situation for a company or an employee. The cost to a company of a bad hire is in excess of £100,000 in addition to the possible risk to clients and reputational risk to the business. For the employee at best, they are looking to leave a role that was not a good fit, at worst it can have a devastating effect on their career prospects, as well as personally and financially. For a company, recruiting the right individuals, with the correct skill set, the right attitude and who are the right fit, can help drive business growth and increase revenue as well as client and employee satisfaction and retention. Getting it right is a win-win situation for both the employer and the employee.

Brilliant connection to have

Graham is more than just a ‘Recruiter’, with his significant industry experience, Graham helped me understand the current market and what roles were available. But more importantly, he explained in detail what roles would be right for me. Rather than thrusting my CV to all companies he deals with, Graham carefully matched me to roles and kept in touch regularly. I can’t recommend him highly enough and have already introduced him to several of my peers.
