It is my position that the salesperson demonstrated a clear lack of competence and professionalism throughout the process. Critical information regarding system specifications, installation requirements, and performance expectations was either inaccurately presented or omitted entirely. This resulted in a transaction that did not align with the needs of the homeowner or the representations made at the time of sale.
Furthermore, the salesperson appeared primarily motivated by financial gain rather than the best interests of the client. There was little to no effort made to ensure that the recommended system was appropriate, properly explained, or supported by transparent and accurate documentation. Questions were inadequately addressed, and follow-through on commitments was lacking.
Such conduct raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation, potential negligence, and failure to meet reasonable industry standards of care and ethical sales practices. Homeowners rely on HVAC professionals for informed guidance, and this level of service falls significantly short of acceptable expectations.
This review is submitted in good faith and reflects my honest assessment of the experience. I strongly advise that corrective action, including additional training, oversight, or review of sales practices, be considered to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I’m still dealing with a resolution. Cost is off the chart.
