Possible Upcharge
Each time the techs would come to do scheduled maintenance, they would release some coolant when they connect and remove the hoses during testing. The unit is only 5 years old and after the last ten times they were here doing maintenance, I was told I needed more coolant, so I was forced to pay $317 and it was the techs who were responsible for releasing the coolant, not a failure of the AC. I believe this could be considered an upcharge. Please advise. Thank you.

Prior service failed and on return visit it failed again. Reason why I no longer used one and went to new provider who rectified the problem. I did pay your $500 bill.

We've had 3 different techs out here recently. The 1st one Ace, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The same for the 2nd one, Lex. The 3rd one Felix, seemed to be easily confused. I had trouble getting him to understand what the issue was.
