I am finally able to get in touch with the company care team finally they help to get my return instructions and refund !!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Live and learn.I would order them bigger but it takes weeks to get them !!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the clothes in March and did not receive them until three months later after many emails; my last one threatening to contact the FTC.

The packaging had many labels so I don't know where the clothing originated. The last label return label (the one I could read) said the package came from Joe Doe.

Clothing is nice but sizing is weird

Do not buy from this site. If you bought already don't give up on a refund. The clothing looks like the design is printed over non-breathable fabric. Very thin but occlusive. Poor quality. Same size in 3 different pieces fit different. No fabric care, country of origin, fabric content, distributor on labeling. These are of such terrible quality I don't feel I can even donate to charity. Ordered in April and received 7 weeks later. Due to poor quality I asked for a refund. They asked for photos then said they would give less than 15% to keep the clothes.
I was told no full refund unless I returned the items to Abu Dhabi. Outer bags over clothes says made in China, return address in California, Website says based in London and manufactured in Vietnam and Philippines with logistics in Singapore. Not sure why returns would need to go to UAE. After protest I was offered 50% back. When I went through Paypal I received a full refund. Note numerous names associated with this website. Website and order confirmation says Arsetti. Paypal seller name is Dress Fashion. Website says company in London is XPB International. Return address on package is a logistics company in California.

Two of the items I purchased did not fit and I wanted to exchange them. I was told the postage was too expensive. After multiple back and forth emails, they offered me a fraction of my purchase as a refund. Such a rip-off.

I was very happy with the clothes I purchased from Arsetti. The sizes are true to size and good quality. The only thing I think could be improved with the time it took to receive my items, which was over a month.

It took 6 weeks to get the order. When I inquired about returning one item, they wanted a picture, which I sent. They told me to keep it and then we went back & forth for days negotiating a refund of $6, then $12, then 18. They said they couldn't give any more than that. My cost was $38. Ridiculous!!!! I will never order from them again.

I am completely satisfied with the merchandise I ordered. It is made beautifully and fits well. I was concerned about the time it took to receive the order as I feared it was possibly an internet scam. However, I did finally receive it and am more than pleased with the clothing. Well done!

My order did take time to get here, clothes were good quality but ran small. I uses the size chart they provided but all my shirts were to small. I hope returning them goes ok. I would order them bigger but it takes weeks to get them

Very happy with the 2 sleeveless summer shirts and a work blouse that I ordered, wasn't sure what to expect ordering from FB ad link. High quality and the online representation and sizing was good. I love that I can get patterns and variety here that are not available elsewhere at great prices. Order arrived folded and pressed neatly in individual pouches ready to wear.

Did not give 4 stars because of length of time however still worth the wait. Ordered 4/21/21, shipped 5/14/21, delivered 6/1/21.

I ordered 3 shirts in April and received them in June. I attempted to contact customer service, but no one answered my emails. None of the shirts fit and I would like to return them, the only answer I received was that the sizes are on the web site. Again I requested information about how to return them and no one will answer my emails.

I received my items, and felt the non cotton-blend fabric of each of them. The quality is nylon or polyester. I immediately reached out to customer service to return and refund. This process has been ongoing for 10 days. After spending $169.95 they are only offering me $25 refund and to keep the items.
The fabric quality descriptions are misleading, the ease of return and refund are difficult and timely. Basically, the company has to approve your return to send you a return order and address to send it back to.

I received my dresses. Two of them are a bit big for my size, two are a bit snug. I ordered all Larges. All four dresses will work just fine for the Summer.

Clothes were made as I expected. Fabric quality just so so but the prices were low. Fit was perfect. Six weeks for delivery was the only disappointment

I am very happy with the clothes. The only issue ws having to keep asking for the shipping information instead of having it emailed to me without asking.

I loved everything I received! Shipping took much longer than I expected (so much so that I thought maybe it was a scam!). I will order again and just know that it may take about 6 weeks to receive my order.
