This clearly is a waste of time and resources.

This service turns out to be a complete waste of time. While the initial experience seems promising, featuring a polished interface and a visually appealing design tailored for text-to-video generation with a cinematic effect, it quickly falters when issues arise. The platform allows you to insert images you'd like to incorporate for better results, but problems surface when attempting to adjust prompts, making it impossible to achieve satisfactory outcomes without using additional credits to regenerate the content. Furthermore, you are required to purchase credits for every generation, even when the movement gestures and sound effects appear uncoordinated or distorted, reducing overall reliability. The subscription setup process appears seamless at first, but suddenly becomes unmanageable, exposing hidden flaws such as the lack of a straightforward cancellation option on the website, an absence that feels almost designed to discourage users from leaving. Additionally, customer service has yet to respond to inquiries, leaving me without support, guidance, or resolution of issues.

Misrepresentation of service and canceling

Impossible to cancel. Watch out. Bait and switch!

Edit : I was able to cancel, but only via email, which is kind of ridiculous. Also, they still charged me for what was supposed to be a no risk trial. It's still a misrepresentation.
