Love art-K!
Both my girls absolutely love art-K. They’ve been going for a while now and it’s one of those activities I never have to persuade them to go to. They genuinely look forward to it every week.
They’ve made some brilliant things over the years and I love seeing how proud they are when they get to bring something home. The team at Shepherd’s Bush are so lovely with them too, always warm and encouraging.
Really happy we found it and would absolutely recommend it. ❤️

Jenny and team were great as usual. The girls absolutely love coming here for regular classes and the holiday workshops are so much fun. They always come home with a beautiful masterpiece with pride beeming on their faces. They also get to socialise and meet other children which is great for their confidence too🥰

We just attended the art-k exhibition…
We just attended the art-k exhibition at oxo tower. We were blown away by how fabulous it looked and how large it was! The pieces were fantastic and so creative we felt truly immersed in the rainforest theme. The workshop was really fun and was so lovely to take home a piece of art wed made together. We were looked after by Raducu ( im so sorry if I spelt this wrong!) And Anna. They were so lovely and gave such great advise My daughter loved talking about art with them and it was really nice to meet other artk teachers. It clear all teachers are professional in art and fabulous mentors.
My daughter also did a summer camp with Aspin she loved it so much she went back the next day. These are lovely nurturing teachers that are highly experienced and love art!

My daughter age 10 and niece age 8…
My daughter age 10 and niece age 8 received a voucher from their uncle and Auntie for Christmas. The girls attended for the morning session at the Ewell branch. Stacey was really helpful prior to booking with the voucher and explaining what the girls will be doing.
The girls made a beautiful poppy picture. They had a great time and would like to go back. 😀

Was okay. My 2 girls aged 9 and 12yrs were there for 1.5 days. Facilities were somewhat shabby and seating not very comfortable. Online was advertised as being for children aged 6-16yrs but apparently there were 4 and 5yr olds there so a bit of a zoo.
My children told me the toilet didn't have a door (or perhaps it was broken) and that there was no drinking water available. They were given some art supplies to use and got on with it. I guess we expected more for around £20 p.h. per child in a group setting. Glad we didn't book more days upfront. Will not be going back

We're pleased your daughters enjoyed the opportunity to explore a wide range of art materials during their time with us. During their visit, they would have taken part in our carefully prepared 9+ and 11+ projects, designed specifically for their age groups and incorporating a range of media including watercolour, acrylic, clay and mixed media. These projects are planned to challenge and inspire young artists while helping them develop new skills and techniques.
art-K workshops are a special place for children aged 6-16, creating an environment where young artists of different ages can learn, create and inspire one another. We find that this mix of ages helps foster a supportive and non-competitive atmosphere, allowing children to learn from one another while progressing at their own pace. While children under six are not permitted to attend our workshops, we appreciate that age can sometimes be difficult to judge, particularly in a creative environment where children of different ages are working together.
Children have access to drinking water throughout the day and are encouraged to speak with a member of the team whenever they need anything.
Having reviewed the workshop with the team, we recognise that this particular session felt busier than we would typically like. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue to refine and improve the experience we provide for all children attending art-K workshops.
Our Branch Manager has now spoken with you directly to better understand your experience and listen to your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to have that conversation and for being open to hearing further context about the workshop. It was appreciated that the discussion was approached with understanding, and that different perspectives on the experience could be shared. A follow-up email will also be sent today and, should you wish to share anything further, you are very welcome to reply directly so we can continue the conversation.
