Great service. Quality not quite 100%
The seller initially contacted me to notify me that the ring I'd ordered wasn't in stock. They sent a photo of a possible substitute, but subsequently found that they did have the original ring and promptly got it out to me. Service was fab, couldn't fault them. Helpful, friendly.
My decision to drop a star is based on product quality. The ring is really lovely, but it holds no strength at all. Even placing it onto the finger it bends and twists. It's not really designed for proper wear, which is really disappointing as its such a lovely ring. The material needs to be improved to classify this as a wearable ring, even at the price.

This is the second year I've ordered vouchers for an elderly relative. I say this because I've made the same mistake twice and ordered a digital card which they can't use. It was all sorted for me with just a quick email and with a very helpful person called Jane who said this was absolutely no problem changing it for me and posting it to London....such great service, thank you so much.
