They have great deals on books, but I was unable to download one I purchased. My computer does not have the capacity to download this book, so I decided to go with Kindle instead because it was much easier and faster. Five minutes after my purchase and decision to go with Kindle instead, I reached out to artdesignvibes and requested for a refund. The rep, Carlos Mejia, stated "Normally this is against our policy because orders are usually canceled if the link fails or fails to load. Hope you will understand us, we have also worked hard to find the google drive download link for the order." I was not happy with the response and requested the refund again and this was the response I received "Do you think $16.99 is small to you? Why don't you spend money to buy on amazon, you buy from us and you request a refund when you have received the download link of the document you need. and now you look down on us, we can only do business when customers have needs, those are students who don't have much money, we sell cheap copies to serve their needs. Please don't mention anything to us. The order has been refunded, please wait 1-3 days for the money to be returned to your account (photo attached). I hope I never see you again." DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.
