Superb customer service
I ordered a hanger. it was bent during the transportation although a wooden box is used for shipping. I knew packing is very tricky. the hanger must have been moving around in the box and hit the wall of wooden box and then the hanger was bent. I took pictures and sent them to Artemest. They immediately sent me a new one for replacement for free of charge. This time they made sure the hanger does not move around. yes it arrived very safely.
The customer service is superb. I will buy more from them and share my experience with my friends.
I have my own customers in my job. For success, customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Artemest knows how to run a business and how important the customer satisfaction is. Thanks again

SERVICE THAT CANNOT BE FAULTED
My order from Artemest had to be recent 4 times as their Italian supplier was negligent in quality care and/or packaging, I was supported and kept up to date constantly by Simona at Artemest until the item was received as ordered.
