Tried to order from them 2 times with a year in between.
First time they wanted me to pay a much bigger shipping cost even after I had already paid the order. Had to cancel it.
Second time they cancelled my order after payment.
I have no idea why, I was never contacted to know what the problem was.

I bought some Holbein granulating watercolour tubes and a hake watercolor brush from their online store this summer 2025. The prices are reasonably good, especially for certain items that aren't super widely available in EU or Finland. I believe the Holbein watercolour prices I looked at were lower than their main European competitors at the time.
In additional to professional brands, they also have some more budget friendly brands. And you get free shipping over 100€, and one of the payment options is Klarna, which are both always a plus for larger online purchases. And the Klarna option is a leg over some of their competitors in my opinion, since art supplies can get expensive, and it's often cheaper in the long run to buy them in larger quantities.
My package was shipped and delivered in a timely manner (free UPS home delivery), and I have no complaints. I'll definitely keep an eye on their sales, and buy again soon!
unfortunately a bad experience with this company. there were problems with the delivery of my order and it was returned to them, I still have not received a refund , two months have passed since my payment . I don’t have paper and I don’t have my money
