They don't have any customer service…

They don't have any customer service for returns and they don't have a phone number. This is a scam! I bought a large tshirt and when I got it it was too small and I can't get an address to return it or even custome service. They are a bunch of thieves.

Bank statements/ artfily

I have been watching my bank statements very close, today I discovered that artfily took money out of my account twice for the month of February, I don't order from the company, because they take my money, but I don't get anything in return. Please watch your bank statements for theft of companies. The first one is 24.97, on 2/9/23 and the second one is on 2/28/23 for 19.95.

Product never arrived

Just chasing up any information on the 3rd print from my order. I've enclosed a screen shot of the one that's not arrived yet. Order number. 102107
My order was placed on 04/14/2022.

Still no print and now can't contact them at all.

Horrible Customer Service

I would honestly give this company zero stars if I could. I bought 2 digital downloads for my cousin that had just lost her Mom and it stated I would have a preview within 24 hours. Ordered on 7/28/22 and its now 8/5/22 and I still do not have the previews to download. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a response and tried calling and it says the phone number is out of service. They took the money out of my account but still to this day I do not have the downloads. So my advice is do NOT buy from this company!

They are scammers

They are scammers. They have multiple businesses, phone numbers etc. They take people’s money and never reply to emails, phone calls etc. They steal intellectual property and continue to try to scam people out of money.

Refund

This company took $67.05 out of my account they were only supposed to take $7.95 for shipping. They respond they would send refund 12 /26/21 Never sent. Want respond

Unethical company--the owners block…

Unethical company--the owners block customers and don't respond to emails about unauthorized charges. They have an F rating with the BBB because of how many complaints that have been filed against them. I would never do business with this company. Do not do business with this company.

Artfily Illegally resold my images and blocked me

Artfily and its owners Dean Broadwater and Meagan Broadwater illegally resold my images and profited in violation of federal law. I was not the only victim of theirs --they resold multiple victims' images and I have proof. I demanded they remove my image and they blocked me on Facebook. I had to hire an attorney and they arrogantly ignored my attorneys as well. I highly recommend not to do business with this company.

Fraudulent Company - reported fraud to agencies

I ordered a canvas and blanket from Artfily.com back in February 2021 after my fiancé passed away (Order #: 61829). Upon reaching out to the company for ordering, they were very responsive and even called me on the phone a few times to ensure their design team was making my order the way I wanted it. They sent back many proofs until they got it right. My order was placed and paid for. Shortly after, I received an email that my order has shipped and the tracking information.
I clicked on the link the shipping company sent and was able to track my shipment. My shipment arrived but it was only the canvas. It really was beautiful. When I looked on my account on Artfily's site to see if my blanket was coming, I saw that my order status was partially fulfilled. I contacted the company and left a few voicemails and sent emails, but this time, no one called me or email me back. I continued to leave messages and emails with no response. I finally received an email from Meagan on July 12th that stated both orders were shipped and am I able to provide the paperwork that came with the shipment to prove that only one item shipped. I sent her that paper as well as a screenshot of my tracking order and the status of my orders directly from their site which stated that my order was only partially fulfilled. After that, she never responded. I, again emailed almost weekly and left messages that went unanswered. August 30th Meagan responded and told me that a replacement blanket was being sent out to me and asked me to proof the design to be what I ordered. I told her that was the design I ordered. Following that, I didn't hear back from her. I sent emails at least once every week or two and did not receive a response until November 12th. Meagan said my blanket shipped and provided a DHL tracking number. This was not like the last time, something official directly from the shipping company. This was just a number typed in. As I expected DHL did not have a record of that number. I emailed and told them that they gave me a bs number. Meagan emailed me back and said that I have to give it time for DHL to scan the number into their system. I use shipping companies all the time so I know that is a lie. As soon as the package gets entered into the system, the tracking number would have been identified and once it was dropped off or picked up as Meagan claimed it was on November 12th, they scan it right then. I have sent her numerous additional emails in follow-up to her providing me with a false DHL number. To date (November 20th) still no response. No blanket, no refund, no response.
