Easy to follow instructions and the very first time I had exactly the correct number of parts and fixings with a self build unit. Everything fitted perfectly and the overall quality is first class. I will certainly use this brand again for future projects.

Delivery was absolutely fine. the instructions are not great at all, so took a long time to put together. The bed now together looks lovely. Marked down one star purely because the instructions were pretty bad.

Very nice cupboards an go well with my room. Wasn’t difficult to make and instructions were easy to follow.

The workmanship and quality of the white Toledo TV unit is excellent. So much so, I returned to order the coffee table, wall unit and sideboard. As well as lighting. All units have so much storage.

Initially my husband found the instructions to set up a little difficult, but once he got into the flow, he became an expert😊

Everything was as ordered. Long delivery date (or though it seemed) but definitely worth the wait. Oh, delivery drivers are the best of them. So courteous and helpful.

All in all a lovely buying experience from start to finish.

Customer service was brilliant when i had questions or issues, furniture is good quality and works exactly as intended, great value for money. Deducting 1 star as the instructions were hard to follow (and the video and manual gave inconsistent instructions) and delivery takes several weeks, but I appreciate that this is because they make and pack to-order. Overall highly recommend

I am totally happy with my furniture but made a suggestion that the unit could do with a central supporting leg/legs. They investigated this with the manufacturer and have provided me with one.
I couldn't be happier with the service and only wish more companies were as caring and efficient.

Stunning furniture, looks amazing when all put together. Item was delivered as stated, had messages to keep me updated on the progress from been made right up to the delivery date. Only fault was that there was no instructions on how to fix the backing, it had about 16 fixtures and came in 4 pieces, no problem tho just no nailed it in place. Would definitely recommend this item.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Arthauss again. Smooth process from start to finish, I emailed a few times with questions after I placed the order and Hubert replied very quickly every time. Delivery was on time and the package was opened to check the wardrobe mirrors were in tact. Furniture is all in place now and is excellent quality, would highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Arthauss! I recently bought several pieces of stylish freestanding furniture with integrated LED lighting for my home, including the Trend TS-10, Sento Display Cabinet, Sento Sideboard, and Sento TV Cabinet, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each piece looks way more expensive than it actually was, and they really have a standout look and feel. I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family—people always ask where I got them from!

The touch lighting on the bedside tables are an incredible feature; it’s both practical and adds a cool, modern vibe to the room. While the furniture isn’t the most high-end option out there, the value for money is exceptional. It feels great quality, but without the hefty price tag.

There were a couple of minor hiccups—namely, the drawer runner that didn’t quite fit and the UK-to-European plug adapters missing from the boxes. However, the customer service team was absolutely brilliant! They resolved both issues quickly and efficiently, and special thanks go to Hubert and Kris for their prompt, friendly support.

I’d highly recommend Arthauss to anyone looking to elevate their home with unique, stylish furniture at a great price. I’m already looking forward to purchasing more from them in the near future!

I bought an entertainment unit from Arthauss, it was on other well known sites for an extra £100+ so I was sceptical if it would be the same. It arrived and I love it! It took a while to assemble but the instructions were clear and it is perfect!

Excellent, very difficult to build but the quality and overall look is first class and delivery was very quick. I would highly recommend this company and this wardrobe. I purchased the 180cm sliding door wardrobe and it looks very expensive once built. Just to warn all, putting it together is not easy so I ended up hiring a professional. :)

Amazing company, I purchased the surf tv unit which I had been wanting but was nearly twice the price with another supplier. I was nervous it might not be the same one but it was. I saw reviews saying build instructions were no good but we followed the instructions perfectly with no issues at all. Company also called me as an after sale call to check I was happy and really well done to this supplier, couldn’t be happier with my experience
