As a decorator I have had multiple problematic experiences with named products.
Avoid at all costs .

I’m a professional installer and having just spent the entire morning trying to hang Arthouse Boulevard in Navy I felt compelled to write a review, it’s that bad!
It tears literally by just looking at it, the edges don’t butt up, there no way of hiding the edges (unless you want to attempt colour in the edges with a crayon or water colour or pencil) and there’s absolutely no pay in it whatsoever, it just rips!
This is absolutely on my red list now, I won’t touch another Arthouse paper for a client after this experience. AVOID!

I ordered 18 rolls of wallpaper and was sent someone else’s order by accident. Michelle M from Arthouse sorted this problem out for me within no time and kept in touch by phone and email. I found Michelle to be very efficient, professional and most of all very pleasant and friendly. Thank you so much again for all your help and kindness Michelle. You are great at your job.

Lovely wallpaper. I ordered this wallpaper via a supplier and arthouse were absolutely brilliant with issuing a refund for spare rolls and damaged rolls - way beyond the 30 refund policy.

Just used art house wallpaper it didn’t butt together well and the blue dye came out of the paper wouldn’t use again

Took over a month, phone calls and emails before I received wallpaper- had 3 delivery dates that came and went. Only to be told twice the parcel had never left Arthouse warehouse and would have to be re- ordered
When it came it should have been charcoal- it’s more rose pink- brown tinge and unsuitable as it matches nothing and I can’t use it. Also difficulty in trying to return for refund.

Thank you Paula for resolving my issues with a dodgy courier. Everything is good quality, so thankyou, will purchase again.
