They even carried out SEO research for each article and a quality report for each as well.

The article itself is great, exactly what I was looking for. What perhaps impressed me even more was that Chris had not only sent a PDF with Yoast's Readability and SEO Score, and all my keywords highlighted, he also created an optimized post Title and Description for my meta tags and added an HTML version so that I could simply copy and paste directly into my WordPress site.
