Bad experience

Bad experience. I purchased an item and three weeks later I get an email saying they are canceling my order due to the item being out of stock.

That is fine, it happens. What bothered me is that they did not assist me in ANY way. They had a medium that I could have easily fit into, and when I asked if they could just exchange it for that size, they didn't get back. Several days later and the medium is sold out.

Rude customer service -- wont be returning.
