Four stars because it was a experience creating my account.The first code they sent me didn't work,so I tried again with a new code and it worked that time.Actually this is about if you try to login and you try to add your user ID and as soon as you start to type your user name and the page turns white with nowhere to go except back.Happened to me several times till I found out,if you have google translate turned on,that's why that happens.So,if you go to Mercado Libre,turn your google translate off to log in to sign in.When you get to the site,you can turn it back on again and all should be fine.That worked for me.Ordered my portable Solar Charger,also runs on electricity,May 16,2025 and got it Monday May 19,2025.So,my experience has been good.When you place an order,they will email you a code you will need to give the delivery driver or they will not be able to leave the delivery.

Excuse me but I'm not happy because I bought these fins in size 28, but they arrived in size 29. This is a problem, but the worst thing is that when I swim they fall off my heel. I feel that they don't fit well and they come off my foot completely. I bought them to swim in the pool and I expected them to give me a good fit and comfort, but I am very disappointed.

This is quite possibly the WORST system I have ever had the misfortune to use. The only reason I used it was because I could not find another alternative for what I needed in Colombia. It is terrible to navigate their system and the app did not recognize my password after I created an account on their web site. I thought it was because of enhanced security until I closed my browser several times and was able to access my account on their web site without needing my password, but was unable to verify my email account. The verification process was horrible and did not work with my normal email saying it was unable to validate my identity. I finally changed to a different email address I have using the same credentials and it took it without any problem. I am still waiting for the second order I placed on the same day because I was required to pay for the delivery separately. The delivery company kept sending messages saying I needed to pay even after I paid and sent a message to that effect. My advice is to find what ever it is you need someplace else.

UPDATE- I received a message from the delivery guy saying there was a problem in the system and to contact Mercado Libre. I filled out a request to get a refund on Mercardo Libre's web site with a photo of the message from the delivery guy and received an immediate automated response from Mercado Libre saying the vendor had until Dec 18 to deliver my order.

I ordered and paid as instructed. Then a notice came that I had cancelled. I had not. They checked and said it had been sent. Directed me to a tracking site. Site was wrong. I'vecontacted Mercado Libre, the seller, and the shipper and the tracking site. NOTHING!!!
