Was not sure about the correct amount of wall cladding to purchase so sent sizes over. I was provided with a quote on email eventually. I rang to ask a few questions before ordering over £2000 worth of cladding. The chap I spoke to who claimed to be the 'owner of the company' called me a moron in a text message. This is a shame given that the product is good, the way its sold is certainly not. Please do make up your own mind from these facts. The company makes itself sound as if they are professional and customer focused although this is far from reality. The samples provided are very poor quality it seems too upon a closer inspection as they are prone to breaking under minimal stress. Do not waste your money on this

The Acoustic walls are bang on! Delivery was rapid and the quality of the product is 10/10.

Everything was very straightforward, I ordered samples and they arrived as promised. My grass order was delivered on time and was excellent quality, I then ordered the slatted cladding, great product, simple to install, congrats to Artificial Living for a first class service.

This company is wonderful, the Composite Decking is of a high standard, they bend over backwards to please and deliver very promptly.

Ok so ordered some material from these guys all good
They delivered the wrong sizes and the wrong colour.
Spoke to them and they said send it back and will refund you
It’s been over 3 weeks now and no refund received and they won’t even answer my calls(the payment was through the bank card so you can’t blame PayPal!
Also why are you keeping the £50 for the delivery??
