Overall the door is very nice! We are pleased with the finished product..

The wood looks great although there are areas that it looks like the wood was painted and unfortunately our kit did not have the large wood screws to hold it together so we had to run out and buy something that worked.. but not the best solution.

Artisan announced a 40% off summer sale just a few days after I received by purchase. I called and asked them to honor the discount on my recent purchase just like most reputable businesses practice. They said no and that they did not want to be taken advantage of by their customers. Hmm. Sounds like they are the ones taking advantage of their customers. For this reason I will never purchase from them again

From the ordering to the delivery, everyone was simply great.

Product had some blemishes in chrome and paper instructions were little confusing but link of instructions were spot on. So as expensive as it was, I expected it be perfect.

I had a great experience with Artisan Hardware. When an issue resulted in our inability to utilize the soft close feature that we purchased, a brief explanation gave us a full refund of the soft close component once returned. We love Artisan Hardware and plan on utilizing them again on our next project requiring merchandise that they feature. Great company!

The staff was amazing, Michelle in getting the door ordered and answering all of my questions.

I had a couple speedbumps along the way for my project, but their customer service was excellent and helped me solve the problem and order a couple more parts to fix it. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and is of high quality. They even were able to extend a sale on those added parts for me. Would recommend to anyone.
