I have bought multiple items from Artizan. I love their jewelry. Amazing customer service and a company that stands behind their products! Just bought a ring that I haven’t taken off!

The minute I saw Artizan Joyeria's site I fell in love with all the different rings and blings. Beautiful and Classy I said the prices are great and I deserve it. Of course, I will be ordering more in the near future. The Customer service Dept. is wonderful. Always answering my questions and sending me videos on how to do, if needed.

Do not order from this company! Their customer service is truly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I paid for the expedited, 2-3 day shipping so a gift would arrive in time for my engagement party, but it arrived 2 days late. I contacted them asking for a refund only for the extra shipping cost, but they denied it with the most unapologetic and cold responses. If you can’t guarantee the 2-3 delivery option don’t offer it!

EDIT for Artizan: I selected UPS 2nd day, which says on your website 2-3 Days. It does not say “Business Days”. It was clearly in transit the whole time, but not with expedited shipping.

AJ always delivers quality jewelry with beautiful designs and excellent customer service. From small charms, tiny can opener chains to big bold chains you can't go wrong. Earrings, bracelets and rings all are eye catching. Be prepared to get stares and asked where did you get that necklace?

I had the most wonderful experience ordering from Artizan Joyeria. It was a first-time impulse purchase, and it could not have been better. The order process and delivery were easy and quick. The piece is well-made. I have worn it out a few times and have gotten compliments every time. I will definitely be purchasing more from them. If there were more stars I would give more than 5 stars!

This layered set is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s beautiful and looks high quality. I love the mix of gold and silver. It seems like it will hold up well to Miami humidity and sweat without tarnishing, though time will tell.

The necklaces arrived slightly tangled but were easy to sort out. My only issue is that the jump ring attached to the lobster clasp is extremely small and difficult to close on my own. I fixed this by adding a larger oval jump ring.

Shipping was fast—I received it in less than five days. I’d definitely buy from this retailer again.

I stumbled upon AJ a while back, bought my first item last fall, and have bought several more because the quality, style, craftsmanship, website, prices, shipping, notifications, delivery, and customer service are probably the most impressive I have experienced from an online retailer in a LONG time. I foresee myself purchasing more jewelry down the line. I would recommend them to anyone.

When i first came across the Instagram. Completely grasped my attention. What made me give in was how they showcase each piece and how each item can co exists with each other. I love a brand that includes 2 in one theory

I love my jewelry. I bought the essential stack. It was packaged beautifully and arrived very quickly. It's very well made and a nice heavy weight. I love the clean modern design and affordable price point. I will definitely purchase again. So chic.

The best jewelry!! Beyond stunning!!

Easy return. Purchased two rings identical except the finish. I bought two size seven and they were different sizes comparatively .One fit,one did not the one that did not was a gift. It was returned and am reluctant to order a size bigger

When I needed a replacement part and emailed customer service, I received a prompt response and a link to order the part. And received a follow up!
Very happy with my first purchase.

My experience is not bad but also not good. I lost a piece for the shackle necklace that they were happy to replace for a price. That's fine. But I also order 2 bracelets one of which I struggle with every time I try to wear it b/c it's TOO small - The Ischia chain bracelet needs 1 or 2 more links. And I see many people complaining about the same. Secondly, and I more upset about this - is the Emerald bracelet/bangle. It's beautiful but one of the green stones is gone! I've got super cheap bracelets that I've bought for MUCH less and have had a lot longer that haven't lost stones. I asked for a replacement and this is what I got, "Unfortunately, we don’t keep extra pieces on hand outside of our regular inventory." But yet they still sell the bracelet. I would not buy more from this company. The website is fantastic but we can do better for less.
