Artlogo: handwritten signature logos 

2 years ago I was tempted to create a logo with Artlogo and wasn't sure if it will turn our the way I wanted, thought I might be able to do it myself. In the end I invested into tools and programs and never got the result to be proud of. 2 weeks ago I finally decided to give a go to Artlogo, bought the basic logo package and now I have the logo that makes me smile with joy. Please don't be like me! Don't wait for 2 years! Just get it done! Have a clear vision of what you want, communicate it well (they have a working process for it) and trust the professionals! They really know what they are doing!

Good design

Great communication and customer support. I only had one edit request on my signature and they nailed it. For quality and service I'd rate a 5, but the price point for a full package is a bit high, IMO. The quality is worth it, but priced just a bit high.

It has been a nice walk through the various releases of my new signature, ended with the very nice final version that I will use soon! Why not.. I will gift this service to my wife and sons!

Great customer experience from starting to finish. Was not totally happy with the first signature logo, but Art Logo, as promised, had it redone within days, and the second version was superb. Great pricing, great, responsive customer service so A+

Frustrating and Inefficient Experience
Working with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Although they do respond to emails, they consistently misunderstand instructions, resulting in repeated errors and delays. It’s been over a year just to finalize one logo. The biggest issue is the lack of direct communication—there’s no phone support, and trying to explain detailed design changes over email is inefficient and ineffective. This has made the entire process unnecessarily drawn out and disappointing.

It’s the second time I use their services and was very happy of it. It’s sometimes difficult to explain what I would like so I send them exemples of fonts I like for them to understand more easily. They answer quickly and follows my request.

All previous reviews are utter fakes.

Company takes your money and runs. Ignores all correspondence and sends barrage of emails despite being unsubscribed.

UPDATE:
Email received from company after posting review. Completely ignored 7 previous emails sent to them and did not remedy the issue.

Will be commencing proceedings against them

Artlogo, is the best service out there in my opinion. I am extremely happy with the signature and serve they provided to me. I highly recommend Artlogo, they are extremely affordable for the service you receive.
