At first, I was hesitant because I didn’t receive an immediate response. When I contacted them via email, they explained that my email hadn’t been registered and promptly shared my order details. In no time, I received my first proposals. From the start, one of them was very close to what I was looking for, and I only requested minor changes, which were resolved quickly as well. The purchasing process is very intuitive, and they make it easy with previous examples that serve as a reference to identify the style we want. I’m happy with the design I received and with their always kind and timely follow-up.

Superb service. Very happy with result of my signature. Team very friendly and accomodating, even when I wanted to make a couple of changes. My highest possible recommendation.

They were a great value to start with but so happy I tried because my logo rocks. It was great at first proof but I did want to make slight addition I had not included and they were happy to make that revision. My logo is a full color graphic so I wanted something neater and more simple where that doesn't work or to put on back of shirt etc. Very pleased.

It has room for improvement, but the main signature was good

The process was a lengthy one only because of the many tweaks I asked my calligrapher. Ultimately, the final design exceeded my expectations! I will definitely hire Artlogo again if I need another logo.

Holy moly. I've done probably close to a dozen iterations that takes days and days to get back. Usually I ask for changes, they hit CTRL-B and send it back.

As a business owner I'll say this cost my business thousands of dollars of my time. I made a massive mistake trying to go less expensive than my other business logos, I deeply regret this impulse buy.

This might be a great service for someone wanting their first logo, but for business owners with a vision and an established brand I'd hire a real professional to work with.

I've asked for a refund and they said no, so at this point I'm just going to walk away from the whole thing and write this off the bad decision.

Fairly simple process, the return with the design was a quick turnaround, and the website was easy to use. My signature design was decent but very basic, which is fine I guess since I'm just using it for my signature stamp.
