Following up on my review of 6 Jan 26, I have succeeded in a County Court claim against this scam business.

if i could rate it lower than 1 i would. No order, no communications, nothing. absolute nothing. i had to get my bank to reverse the charges. consider this a scam site

I have been a user of artokingo now for a few years, the t-shirts are lovely. Their website states a delivery wait time of 3-5 days. I have been waiting 17 days now with no communication from them? What is most frustrating is the total lack of communication from their customer service, my emails and messages have been totally ignored.

SCAM? Always read the reviews before ordering.
No T-shirt delivered after payment made or any communication as to why its not turned up. The website implies prompt delivery but the tracker just says "waiting for fulfilment". No response to emails or website chat or phone line (which just immediately cuts out). Still waiting for goods which were a birthday present - I was going to order more but am now so thankful I didn't. Its no use claiming to be "the best online T-shirt store" if no-one's actually running the store. Or if there is no store...

SCAM !!

Sent email,messsgae on web chat, message on Instagram and no reply to any !!
The number also cuts off. Do not but it’s a complete scam.

As others! Order paid for and updated as filled but never received. Phone number cuts off after welcome message, the online chat is not responded to and I have had no response to my email.
Update- today, following my review, they responded to my email and have sent my e-gift card.

The only reason I didn't rate the full 5 stars is purely because I think the company could do a bit better in terms of communication as to the status of orders. I ordered two T-shirts and was aware that fulfilment could take 2-5 days, so I waited 6 but when I checked my order was still saying as awaiting fulfilment but it must have already shipped by then but not knowing this and having read the previous reviews, I cancelled through the online chat but received no response and having read the previous reviews here afterwards, assumed I had been scammed and was ready to go through the Paypal/credit card route to get my money back. HOWEVER, my T-shirts have just arrived and I am very glad they didn't cancel. I am very pleasantly surprised and more than happy with the quality of the T-shirt materials and the printing. The fit is great and fits really well on the sleeves which is sometimes a bit iffy. The material doesn't feel like it would go out of shape quickly. Time will tell but now with confidence restored, I will be buying more of them in the near future. Please though - A little more notification regarding shipping etc might make people feel a little more confident. Great T-shirts though.

Wish I saw the previous review before ordering. Lesson learnt! Always check every site you order from!

Ordered on 3rd April, received confirmation email then nothing. Have tried to contact via every means possible and no response. Phone number is clearly inactive as it goes straight through to telecoms message saying 'Welcome to AQL'. They've got my money and I haven't got my item. I've reported them as scammers via Citizens Advice.

Take your money but don't complete order. Ordered in Nov 22, still not received in Feb 23. No contact from company and no response when called, emailed or contacted on social media.
