Tight deadline

I had a tight deadline and a couple of issues with logo, the art department went out of their way to redraw it for me. The Tshirts were delivered on time and was a hit at our event. Will use them again in the future.

I still haven't received the sample I …

I still haven't received the sample I ordered about 3 weeks ago, and it isn't even customized. That makes me very hesitant to order anything else.

Hi Terra,

Sadly there was an error on our end - some of our samples get shipped directly from the manufacturer, we were told that it was shipped so our shipping manager accidentally marked your sample as shipped while it actually never left the manufacturer.
It was a human error and while we are rushing out the sample we apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

You won't be charged for the sample and a 10% discount is waiting for you if you decide to place your custom order with us.

Our goal is to deliver a great smooth experience and we ensure that this issue will be addressed and fixed.

I ordered a sample travel mug and …

I ordered a sample travel mug and requested a specific color. First they didn't let me know when it shipped, I had to call for that information, and when I did get the cup not only did they send the wrong colors the cup was extremely dirty and dusty. I have emailed them twice and have heard nothing, they don't seem very interested in fixing their mistake.
