Beware of these scammers with shady business practices. DO NOT provide your credit card details. They will keep charging you and make it almost impossible to cancel subscription.

The AI is weak compared to cheaper and free alternatives. Useless for any practical application.

I have not idea what this product is. I suppose it was under another name at some point in time. Either way, they have been billing me and I have no record. I have requested multiple times to cancel and they have not honored my request. I am filing with my card company.

This has made my life so much easier.

they are scammers. Don't buy anything there, you'll lose money and nerves. Quality is rubbish, real rubbish

I was hit with a $326 charge on my credit card account for a ghost "purchase" from Artssy. I reported it and Chase Bank interviewed me by phone and are now investigating this dirtbag of a company.

I signed up for a free trial and it was NOT what I expected way worse than it was advertised. Paid for that. Canceled my membership and here I am still getting charged for something I do not use and I can’t even find the website or customer support. When you run and hide it’s a sign so I’ll take it to Court if they don’t give my money back. The scamming ends today

This is my second review and I am seriously pissed at the way artssy(Artiphoria), as they changed their name for a reason. They are stealing from people!!!! I emailed them 3 months ago to cancel my monthly subscription, which I did not even relise I joined as they do the the subscription sign ups in a sneaky way. I have since been charged over $195.00. This is ludicrous and plain out THEFT! Praying on Seniors on a strict budget! Their is no room in the internet space for business's like Artiphoria or Artssy whatever they want to call themselves!!!! Crooks!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!

I would leave a negative 1 star review is I could. This “company” is a complete SCAM. I signed up, saw how horrible the interfacing was and emailed them asking to cancel my subscription. They told to cancel in my phone settings. Apparently, you actually CANT cancel the subscription. They still charged me and it’s been almost 2 months and I still disputing the case.

The results I got are amazing. That's excactly what I need.

I tested artssy during the trial period and found out it wasn't for me. So I asked to cancel my account. But guess what. The unsubscription process is extremely difficult and at this point they already charged me three times although I asked them to stop.
1. when you ask for cancellation you see a red popup on your dashboard which says "Alert: To Ensure Your Plan Is Canceled Proceed to cancelation portal if you have not already done so:
Go To Billing PortalIf you are unable to access your billing portal please email our support team ("email address hidden")

2. You are redirected to stripe but I never receive their email for cancellation. So as written on the red popup I send messages to the support.

3 they answer with the same message : "
"Hello there,
You can cancel the plan int he account settings, kindly note that you must use the proper email to receive the cancellation link,
Regards,"

Ok so how do your exactly cancel your subscription since the stripe portal is not sending you the link for cancellation and the support doesn't give a damn about their customers ?

Scam no customer service at all. Very bad service could not cancel
my subscription, hope i wont be charged again f a so called free trail cost me $ 350… Watch out!!!!!

The promised quality of the generated graphics was nowhere near what was advertised.

Customer support was the worst I've ever dealt with at any company. I reached out to them with my concerns and frustrations, their responses were, unhelpful, and impersonal. It was evident that they lacked the necessary expertise to address the problems I encountered. It felt like I was talking to bots.. and I quite possibly might have been. They would answer vaguely and ignore most of my requests. I'm now waiting weeks for a response.

Cancelled the subscription and like others here they continued to charge my google account, which is what I created my account under.

Total scammers.

Update - Had to get the bank to refund the charges as their help desk run by trend outlet brands absolutely refused to

I canceled the subscription on the renewal date and they refused to refund the payment. Young company with zero customer service. This will not survive long.

This website is charging me $49 per month, they don't let me cancel or refund my money. The website is down and doesn't work. The website in itself is really bad, not worth the money, stay away!

Really impressed by the variety of content that was produced!! Only wish it had a "advertisement" theme where it could generate ads/graphics if you import a product photo!

Arttsy.co the one I requested to take part of in hope to be a developer to help it grow and be a partnership in which I could take on a different course later on but maintaining relationships. Just to mentioned one but I’m currently have this relationship with Original OpenAI as developer/creator/partnership. I take AI technology very seriously. Therefore, I do take or invest a lot of my time developing but personally experimenting on it over and over… etc.. just to point out I paid initially the most to request to be part of Artiphoria because I’m an artist at heart prior to me being a CEO, a published Researcher in Endo and a Scientist. Therefore, with just the name meant it was going to be special for people like myself who value these thing things - hints I’m an artist after all. I believe this is VS 2. Here are my thoughts. Their trial platform does has the basic features or functionality for developers or creators to train their own AI (beta). 3 new main options as a models with the original and a freestyler as a control and a variable. I have not started my development process yet as I was test out the older version or most recent but at three same time coming to the other AI within similar parameters or functionalities. I found and tested them low key. This is Just my opinion but just like the celebrities corp micro and OpenAI, Arttsy have that similar mindset and desire to grow and is willing to do what they think are needed for them to do to make it happen because they are artists as well. I see they vision and I like the direction their are heading. Just My thoughts from an action type researcher if desire to personally test AI technology. You should too. They are unique to Each and you could also benefit from it ti further help you make that next growth with your ORIGINAL AI development. It’s a win-with-win at least to me. I just can’t see those who are serious about AI would not pay a few bucks to gain an even more value asset. Knowledge via experience.
