The team were very experienced and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the pieces and artists.

Unlike other galleries where I made a purchase an email receipt for my purchase was not automatically sent to my email.

After I responded to a contact from the gallery received after the close of the Fair I requested a receipt and was sent one. Along with letters of authenticity also not automatically despatched.

As the only documentation from the purchase had to be handed in at the door to get my purchase out I had no means of identifying the gallery where I made my purchase. Without the gallery contacting me I would have no receipt and no authentication statements.

In addition the listed price for the art displayed next to the pieces was $180. After the transaction went through the electronic reader the amount charged was $198 per item - unknown to me at the time of purchase.

The newly received receipt lists $10 as tax.

I find this pricing strategy deceptive. Nowhere was it listed that price on wall plus 10% was going to be charged. The price on the wall appeared to be final price of the item. No other gallery I purchased from had ‘hidden/undisclosed’ additions from their posted pricing.

Stunning collection. Very hard to make a decision between so many gorgeous artworks. Helpful advice from the team was appreciated. I look forward to the new additions to the gallery from this talented stable of artists.

The ladies at the Art to Art stall at the Affordable Art Fair were so helpful and passionate. It was my first ever purchase of an original new painting and they matched my excitement which was so lovely. It’s refreshing to engage with people in the art community who aren’t elitist. Highly recommend their gallery.

Thanks to Philippa for great service, drove to deliver artwork when a small issue of the incorrect artwork was sent...both artworks were stunning though but very happy with the beautiful piece we chose.

Such a seamless process to order art, I was looked after by the amazing Phillipa and she couldn’t have made it easier.

Bought our first piece of artwork from Art to Art at the recent Sydney Affordable Art Fair. Love their range and artists and of course, love the piece that we bought. The team was friendly and easy to deal with and followed up by us our certificate of authenticity (which was not the case with some of the other galleries that we purchased art from at the same fair). Will definitely be keeping an eye on their website and will visit if they are up in Sydney again.
