Feels very cheap
There were a lot of options to choose from and it was nice to find an option in a size I needed. It shipped quickly and I received it in a couple days.
I paid over $90 for the 17x22 frame and it feels very cheap. It feels like plastic and the glass is plexiglass. I was expecting real wood and glass for the price I paid. I’m glad I did not order two like I initially planned.

Terrible material will ruin easily. Looks cheap, not made to last.
I am convinced that the five star reviews are folks paid by the company to submit them.
The frames are advertised as “wood”, however they are molded pulp. The front of the frame wrapped over with printed adhesive made to look like a wood finish. Hence, the corners were damaged and even peeling away upon arrival.
The mounting kit had two different sized screws and one nail, two of which were too long to use for mounting without either going through the front of the frame or jutting out into the wall.
It is clearly incredibly cheap quality and a little bit of moisture will ruin it.

Frame was perfect size
Frame was perfect size. It was very well packaged in a sturdy box. It also had a peel off film on both sides of acrylic to prevent scratches. Very pleased with the frame

Cheap Frame Broke Within 3 Months and Bad Customer Service
After three months, the frame broke and fell off my wall. When I contacted customer service about getting a replacement, they said I would need to cover the cost of shipping. When I responded saying that I didn't think I should have to cover the cost of shipping, they said that I waited too long to respond to their email and that they could only offer me a 15% off coupon on a future purchase.

Ordered Mats only
The secondary mats I ordered are not the right color. I ordered a "coronado" brown color and got shiny copper. Not what I wanted. The packaging was done well to protect the mats.

Ordering was a success! I love that they offer an explanation on what to measure to ensure you get the right size frame. This made ordering for my artwork easy and it ensured I received the exact frame size needed. It was cheaper than having my artwork professionally framed (not having to part with my artwork was a plus), and I love the various frame choices and “accessory” options (i.e. mat boards, UV protection glass/acrylic) that the company offers. This is the second frame I have ordered from them and both are great quality. I would definitely order from them again and refer to others!
