From first speaking to them , to the finalisation and return of my vehicle and quality of repairs everything was exemplary, I will use Artura for any claims I may need to make in future be mindful of the insurance companies using delay tactics to get you to use their garage’s for substandard cheap repairs to save themselves money, I cannot recommend Artura any higher even though the insurance company added money for using a private company I still ended up actually paying less than my excess and my car looks like it just drove out of a showroom when it could have been written off by some companies just to save themselves money

Artura has been great from start to finish. I have not been through this process before but I was kept informed/up to date throughout which I found really reassuring. I also really appreciated the quick responses to my queries. I never had to chase for a response. Everyone has also been really nice and helpful which put me at ease too!

Damaged my car quite badly by accident (first time ever bumping my car in 8 years of driving) and Artura was recommended to support me in the process of getting my repairs under way and claiming through my insurance.

From the moment I spoke with Anthony Heard to today when I collected my car from the garage, I have nothing but positive feedback. I have never made a claim through my insurance before so did not know how the process worked; however, Anthony took a considerable amount of time to ensure I was fully informed and put me at ease. Communication from Artura’s claims department was also excellent from start to finish, not to mention the garage that had been selected to complete the repairs.

Accident which required side panel to be replaced and mirror. Company contact was great - keeping me informed of the process. Also had access to a car which was very helpful. The garage service assigned to was also great. A service worth considering.

My daughter passed her test and within a week she was rear ended at a roundabout. Artura looked after everything from dealing with the other insurance company to the repair and courtesy car. A simple solution and no involvement from our insurance. Great service.
