I didn’t find that the product hit the right spot or the massage feature strong enough

I am so happy with my FisioRest. I have been using it at night for the last five nights. I really can’t believe I can have this luxury daily, in my own home. I wondered if I had made an impulse buy that I would regret, but I cannot be happier. This product is really something else, the heat combined with the solid massage feature…I have no complaints, I find myself looking forward to my nightly massage. I am impressed by the high quality of the product, and the care that is put into the customer’s satisfaction. I have been kept in the loop on the status of the order to a high degree including follow-ups since receiving it and don’t doubt if I had the need to contact the company, I would be taken care of. I already feel taken care of. Outstanding on so many levels.

Customer service was responsive and proactive at resolving my issue. I was kept informed by receiving follow up emails. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I ordered this product hoping it was going help my neck. After placing my order it took them forever to ship it. Once it made it over to the US, it disappeared. It's been almost 2 months and I've reached out to the company multiple times and they responded once then ignored me. I followed up multiple times and they still won't respond. I sent a new email and they responded. Once I again mentioned my issue of not receiving the pillow, they again stopped responding. The company is an absolute fraud and they will take your money and not help you. I highly recommend not doing business with them.

Complete crap. The video actually shows massaging devices inside the cushion moving around that is not the case.. this is a cheap memory foam pillow that doesn't even support your neck whatsoever with a couple of vibrating boxes inside it.. all the vibration gets lost in the overly soft cushion.... Very disappointing trying to get a hold of the place to return it and not getting a response. I don't know how anybody with legitimate neck problems could possibly give this a good review.

Easy to order. Delivery slower than expected. Disappointed that item doesn’t perform all actions demonstrated in sales aids. 10 days in and no change/ improvement in neck pain yet

The neck product, once I got used to the noise, was wonderful. The heat setting feels perfect, & the massage is varied & just right. It has been a helpful routine to help heal my neck injury.

The product is amazing, the service and communications exactly right.

My husband is experiencing positive things since beginning use of the unit. We know consistent use will bring more relief.

I bought this for my dad who has arthritis in his neck and severe constant stiffness. He has now used the pillow for 3 days and is actually sleeping throughout the night, not snoring and feeling rested. I can't wait to see how he feels after 30 days.

I have torticollis . I ordered the massager and it felt so good and helps with the muscle pain. Love that I can use it at home whenever I need to.

I did finally get my refund, it took a lot longer than I had anticipated, but they came through!

The pillow has been a wonderful addition to our “relaxation schedule”! The heat is great, and the vibrating/pulsing Raytheon is even better!
So simple, and yet so helpful for a stiff back, neck or shoulders. I highly recommend this product at this very affordable price!
